How were you diagnosed with endometriosis? Could my HyCoSy results suggest endo?

I’ve had two miscarriages, and after my recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) bloodwork came back normal, my doctor suggested I have a HyCoSy.

The results were mostly normal, except for the following findings:

  1. I have fibroids, but they do not affect the uterine cavity.

  2. My left ovary is adhered to the uterus and the left uterosacral ligament. The right ovary slides freely from surrounding structures.

  3. No free fluid was visualized in the cul-de-sac. The uterus is adhered to the posterior cul-de-sac, consistent with obliteration of the cul-de-sac. The report states that this finding is associated with endometriosis.

I was already aware that I had fibroids from previous ultrasounds, so those aren’t necessarily new information. However, I’m not sure what to make of findings #2 and #3.
My cycles are very regular. I usually have about 2 days of bleeding, followed by light spotting on days 3 and 4. I’ve never really experienced pelvic pain or any of the more typical symptoms I associate with endometriosis. I don’t have painful periods or significant pelvic pain.
After reading my HyCoSy report, though, I’m now pretty worried that I could have endometriosis, especially because of the mention of my left ovary being adhered to the uterus and the obliteration of the cul-de-sac.
I’m planning to speak with my doctor in about 3 weeks to discuss the results, but I’m honestly spiraling a little in the meantime.
For those of you who have endometriosis:

  1. How were you diagnosed?
  2. Did anyone have similar findings on imaging or a HyCoSy before being diagnosed?
  3. Does this report sound like it could indicate endometriosis, even without having typical symptoms?
  4. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with this kind of diagnosis?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what the diagnostic process was like for you. Thank you!

Does this confirm I ovulated?

I measured BBT and LH every morning. Did the Pdg test 2 DPO and 4 DPO. These are my observations:

  1. LH peak detected on cycle day 15.
  2. BBT spike on cycle day 18.
  3. Pdg test on cycle day 18 has a faint line so I’m assuming it’s negative or below 5ug/mL
  4. Pdg test on cycle day 20 is very very faint which means my progesterone is rising but not exactly above 5ug/mL so should be considered negative. But the app called it a positive test for pdg

Questions for you guys:

  1. Are my observations correct?
  2. Has anyone had a vv faint second line on Pdg test on 4DPO and they confirmed they ovulated.
  3. From this data does it look like I ovulated?
  4. Is the temperature dip on 4 DPO a concern?

Thank you for answering my questions!

Feeling frustrated after two pregnancy losses and struggling to find the right care

I’ve had two pregnancy losses, and after my experiences with my OB/GYN, I decided to see a fertility specialist for additional support and testing.
My OB/GYN wasn’t interested in doing any testing or providing early pregnancy monitoring until I reached around 7–8 weeks. After my most recent loss, I was essentially told to wait and see if the pregnancy passed naturally. I found this experience really disappointing and felt like I wasn’t getting the support or care I needed during early pregnancy.
Because of this, I decided to see a fertility specialist. I explained that I wanted to understand why I’ve had two losses and hoped to have a recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) panel and other appropriate testing done. I also wanted to discuss what options might be available to support a future pregnancy.
The fertility specialist told me that they don’t provide early pregnancy care when conception happens naturally and that I would need to work with my OB/GYN for that. I told them I understood and said that even if they couldn’t provide early pregnancy care, I would still like to proceed with the RPL testing and evaluation.
I was supposed to start the testing in a few days, but the specialist simply told me that they would not do the testing and that I should find a new provider.
I left the conversation feeling extremely frustrated and sad. After two losses, I finally felt like I was taking steps to understand what might be happening, and now I feel like I’m being passed from one provider to another without anyone wanting to take responsibility for my care.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? After two pregnancy losses, should I be able to request an RPL evaluation and testing? Should I look for a different fertility specialist or another type of provider? I’m feeling really discouraged and would appreciate advice on what I should do next and what type of specialist I should be looking for.

Any thoughts on why the line is so faint

These 3 are taken 24 hours apart. Should I expect it to get darker after 48 hours or is it too soon? I’ll test again tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone has thoughts on why it’s on progressing even I should be over 5 weeks pregnant.

Faint lines for 5 weeks

Has anyone else had very faint lines for 5 weeks of pregnancy (CD 36) and it progressed fine?

My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 7W3D. For that pregnancy lines were much darker on cycle day 35, almost as dark as the control lines, so there was no doubt.

This time, i tested everyday starting cycle day 28. My cycle is 30-32 days long. I didn’t even test positive until cycle day 35, and the lines are so faint I can barely see. I have tested with first morning urine and second. There’s no difference.

I’ve messaged my doctor to request a blood test. I’m just worried if this is too low hcg for a 5 week pregnancy.
