I’ve just started a new job, and have been put on the tax code BR. My work are saying I need to contact HMRC, or wait it out. Are the phones as bad as they were ten years ago or worse?
I’ve worked in call centres and know a backlog of calls, so I don’t want to add to their number of calls for something trivial.

Someone I know has just had a baby boy, after a long fertility struggle.
Would there be any photographers that I could pay for, who would do a shoot, and supply all photos to the family? The family is mum, dad, baby boy and two dogs. So could we include the two dogs as well?

I’d be happy to offer these to someone if they can collect from Colden Common for £30. These were brought for £50+. I also have a white fan like this, not the same brand, and an air conditioning unit from Woucher. These would be additional to my offer.
