I was told I did not put in the right information for the billing address but I did, I even made sure i did but for some reason I keep getting card decline... I even bought stuff from stream with giftcards before so I don't know why this is happening, I am just trying to buy a game... its making me irritated! is it some sort of glitch?

it was a clip i saw on youtube, their were 2 girls and they were in this purple bedroom and both decided to play yugioh. One had blue eyes white dragon cars and the other had the entire hand of exodia but hiding it from her friend. i think one girl was trying to cheer the other up thats why they were playing it. the yugioh cards look like how they did in the yugioh anime where there was no text it was just the picture and the level of the monster. i think it was high definiton and a little realistic looking but don't quote me on it.

don't have the time to learn to make romhacks but if someone wants to make it because they want to give it a shot by all means take my idea and call it your own... i just want to download it and play it!
what i want is to play mario 3 the gba with e-levels but every time i jump the level changes... so for example your in 1-1 and you walk to a pipe you need to jump, when you jump it become a random level... then when you complete the level you jump out of the last level you played .... so if you started on 1-1 and ended at 4-2 then you will pop out at 4-2 and you can continue there.

Just happened like 5 minutes ago... i went into twitter press requests and then nothing. i had 3 people in the requests and it disappeared. now it shows a 1 on priority but nothing is showing. how do i fix this, i tried clearing cookies, cache, different browser. i dont know what to do
