Why can’t I do it consistently?

I’ve been learning and progressing well for a while now, but I can’t get it to be consistent multiple spins? I can do 4 max if I’m lucky :(

And I know your thinking that I “just have to keep practicing” but I’ve been stuck on this for days, I can’t figure out how to fix it, repeated practice isn’t doing much, it feels like I’m training my brain into thinking this is right? I’m stuck here and idk how to escape.

Honest answers am I pretty?

F20 and I’ve never been in a relationship, boys don’t usually approach me, I’ve gotten told I seem closed off or unapproachable but it’s hard to believe that’s the biggest factor?

I don’t think sertraline works for me

F20 I started sertraline 50mg back in October 2025 and in December I spoke to my doctor since I was still dealing with depression, I was sleeping all day staying up all night, I had no motivation and I wasn’t leaving the house so he tapered me on to 100mg, it’s now May and even though my anxiety symptoms have lessened, I still can’t get myself out of bed, since December I’ve only left the house a handful of times, I’m constantly napping throughout the day and stay up all night, I avoid almost anything, I find it a chore to take care of myself or even cook a proper meal. I just feel like I shouldn’t be finding it this hard to live while being on anti depressants, the way other people talk about their sertraline journey is so different to mine, I can’t even say I’m grateful for it bcs I just don’t feel that different, I still struggle everyday and I finally built up the courage to contact my doctor on Monday, I shouldn’t be finding everything this hard.

Im worried that my sertraline isn’t working

F20 back in October 2025 I was out on sertraline 50mg, I started uni around that time and my mental health took a massive hit, I hated uni, I made no friends, I’d sit in classroom visibly shaking and my face twitching and honestly I hated my life, after being put on it everything was fine for the most part, I still went to uni, still hated it, but my anxiety wasn’t as bad, don’t get me wrong it was still there just less intense, but during the Christmas holidays I realised that something was still clearly wrong. During the entire 4 weeks off I had, I slept the entire time, I’d rot in bed, sleep during the day and stay up all night, I didn’t leave my house once and didn’t have any energy to do anything, when it was a couple days till I started my next semester I reached out to my doctor again and told him my concerns, I’d then was put on 100mg (tapered from 75-100) I also decided to skip the first two weeks of the semester so that I could adjust safely at home, I sent my sick note to my uni and I thought that was that. Everything is fine, however, after the two weeks ended I could not get myself to go back in, at the time I thought it was because I hadn’t adjusted enough and so I decided to extend my sick leave, eventually weeks turned into months and I still couldn’t get myself to go back, it’s now May and I still haven’t returned, since December 2025 I’ve been bed rotting, I’ve only left the house a handful of times, I nap all day and stay up all night, I have no energy to do anything, taking care of myself is a chore so I’m somewhat neglecting myself and today I really questioned that if sertraline was the right medication for me wouldn’t doing daily tasks be easier? Would I be struggling this much? Everytime I hear people talk about sertraline they talk about “how much it had helped them” how “it saved their life” how “grateful they are for it” but I’ve never felt appreciation for my sertraline as much as other people? Yes, it has helped my anxiety symptoms? But I’m still the same, I still isolate myself, I still have no motivation, still rot away in my room, I don’t have the will to do anything, I don’t have friends, I don’t have a boyfriend, I don’t talk to anyone. Idk honestly I hate thinking about the fact that I might have to talk to my doctor again and maybe switch my medication I really don’t want to but I can’t help but think it hasn’t done much for me? If anyone’s reading this and can give me any insight I’d be so grateful, I’m not sure what to do? I just want to live a life worth living :/

For about 3 years now my anxiety had taken over my life, I’m 20f, and all I’ve ever done for years is bed rot, I never got up to do anything, I napped the entire day and stayed up all night, I’d barely take care of myself physically and hygienically, back in October 2025 I decided to get on anti depressants ( because I was attending uni and absolutely hated, it got me to such a low point in my life I had to reach out) and yes I guess it worked but I’m still conflicted, I have not attended uni since December, around that time I was tapering from 50mg sertraline to 100mg, and my life was genuinely hell, I felt so suicidal, so much dread and no motivation, so I stopped going to uni, I only did it because “I needed some time off to help with the sertraline adjustment” but weeks turned into months and I just haven’t shown up, a couple weeks ago I decided I wanted to take back control of my life, at this point I had been rotting away in my room for MONTHS and I was so done with wasting away my youth, so I stopped napping (this was very hard as I used sleeping as a coping mechanism, it gave me instant relief from my mind and so 99% of the time I was always asleep” I started getting myself to shower more, started eating full meals instead of snacks, and the biggest one, started leaving my house alone (I haven’t been outside alone In years, I’d always go with my twin sister) and I was so proud of myself, it felt like there was momentum in my life again, I didn’t feel as stuck as I have these past couple of years, but eventually I started becoming less strict, started falling back into my old ways, I’m pretty sure this happened because I wasn’t seeing any physical results, it felt like I was doing this for nothing so my brain saw no point in trying, and I know that my brain was tricking me and I fell for it, I’m aware, and yet I still can’t be bothered to try again, I’ve already done it, and it wasn’t as rewarding as I’d hoped, and I let my urge of comfort bring me right back to square one, when I try to motivate myself to start again my brains tells me “but we already tried and we saw the outcome why would we try again” and I know that’s just a trap but it’s so hard to ignore. I also have no friends, my old ones all moved away, and I never made any in uni, never had or have a boyfriend, all I have is my twin sister (who suffers just like me) but she hasn’t been attempting what I did, she said she just didn’t want to so I’ve been on this journey on my own, meaning I’m the only one who could get me back on track, I just don’t want to. What do I do?
