What is Exam ID, Authority, Authority Type, Score, Validity in Qualifying section

So I need to submit a character conduct certificate but the problem is that I am a dropper and I don't have a conduct certificate as of now and I need to report on 14th aug is it necessary that I need a new conduct certificate signed by a gazetted officer or else can I use the previous yrs character conduct certificate which was issued by my school
