We know Heir to the Empire started the Expanded Universe but somebody know how was the process for George Lucas and company to let this man make an actual continuation of the story with the main and new characters and even to expand (in his own way) the movies lore?

Hi, I love High Republic, i'm starting Phase 3 but i can't finish this book, i'm in the middle and nothing has happened, and all the povs in the book are boring, for those who already finished it, it gets better in some way? i heard that Temptation of the Force is really good.

First of all, i did love this book, it was a surprise to me how much "Clone Wars centred" the plot is, personally think the title and cover it's a little bit wrong used, the inquisitor part was just a something more in the Iskat journey for me, of course it was her final destination but it's clear in the book that Inquisitorius wasnt her place too, and i think it's more a jedi book instead of an Inquisitors book.
I did really love the Feyra plot and the yellow lightsaber (it was cool to see a plot about a yellow lightsaber and it's strange color in the clone wars era idk )
What are your thoughts on it?
In wich book, comic or series was introduced that Kyber crystal colors come from the user? And what about characters who have two different lightsaber colors?
