I'm genuinely confused because I can't picture it.
Like... you get hired, then what? Do you just walk into the office and wait for someone to tell you what to do? Is there a training period? Are you expected to know everything already, or do they teach you how to do the job?
I'm worried that I'd look like a complete idiot because I have no idea how an office actually functions. What was your first day or first week like? What did you actually do?
and how do interviews and salary negotiations work?

I've been using Pads for the past 8 years and I fucking hate them. They're gross to even sit in, walk in, sleep in, everything I do feels disgusting. I just sit quietly in a place by adjusting my pad and don't even move an inch because I have constant fear of leakage.
