Building a team with Diluc and Kaeya (F2P)

I'm a returning player, coming back after 4 years so I'm rusty and behind on a lot of things. I'm currently trying to build Diluc (main dps) and Kaeya (sub dps). Problem with Diluc is that I have no good claymores...like at all. poor guy is stuck with Whiteblind ;-; and I don't wanna gamble with wishes because i'm f2p and it's not likely that im magically gonna get a decent weapon given my luck. What weapons are good for him? I would craft a prototype archaic but I need a claymore billet. Also I know nothing about the new characters, which characters should I aim to get? Currently I mainly use barbara (I have no other hydro characters ;-;), fischl, bennet, or sucrose.

Also we're not gonna talk about artifacts because it's appalling. I hate artifact farming. ;-;

Does anyone else get fixated on someone, like a fake crush?

Idk how else to describe it other than a fake crush. For me it happens very rarely but has happened a few times. Lasts for a while, but fades eventually. Fixation or obsession sounds too extreme though. For example, there was this guy; attractive, nerdy, and I sensed that we shared similar traits which made me take an interest in him. Even though my friend was friends with him, we never really spoke, we ignored each other, but I thought about him a lot, observed him from a distance, and really wanted him to notice me. I'd have random fantasies in my head about him being interested in me (cringe), but if I thought about anything romantic like kissing it would gross me out. Btw I'm not someone who stands out, I'm very quiet, boring, self-contained and probably considered unattractive so maybe that's why I daydreamed of finally being seen, but I dreamt of being seen by him specifically. I'd wonder if he'd thought about me as much as I had thought about him. I even considered the (fanciful, illusory) possibility that, maybe we're both the same kind of people, we want to be noticed by each other but neither of us want to reach out first. I'd over-analyse and ruminate on any little interaction we had (not in a weird obsession/stalker-y way). I liked the idea of him having a crush or interest in me, despite knowing my own feelings weren't romantic. It's not like I'll ever know now, I don't see him anymore, so naturally the feeling, whatever it was, faded.

Having no friends is so chill

Started college a while ago, and while I do technically have friends from secondary (more like acquaintances tbh), I don't see them due to different schedules and the larger amount of people, but honestly I've been enjoying it. In secondary there's this pressure/expectation to be social and be in friend groups, but college allows you to be so much more independent. I feel much more confident and free to be on my own compared to secondary, where you'd risk being talked about, alienated, even bullied. I haven't made a single new friend, it's not really a priority and I'm just not that interested. Yeah, talking is nice but only sometimes, and it's probably just a me issue but most of the conversations I have end up being dry anyway, I never have much to say and I'm generally not interested in other people's business. For me, a bonus is that I can use my free periods to actually study instead of being pressured to hang out, since I struggle to do anything at home. Although, sometimes I bump into old friends/acquaintances, (I never got close to any of them, I got pulled into friend groups because of an extroverted friend and honestly found it draining sometimes because I'm selective), is it bad that it feels a bit burdensome? Whenever I see someone I know my brain is already planning a route on how to avoid them lol. Don't get me wrong, they're nice people, but like I said, conversations feel dry to me, I don't feel truly connected to people, I hear random gossip about people I barely know and I realise we don't really have much in common. I've overheard people saying how you NEED to have friends and it's not healthy to be without them, but I honestly think I'm fine. It felt less healthy to be stuck with a bunch of people as someone with a low social battery, and not being able to be alone which made me very frustrated sometimes. It's not enjoyable to be around people who I can't relate to, and most people just happen to not be my type. It's like I'm wired to be a solitary creature and I like it. I don't even need to care about romantic relationships because im aroace! I felt the urge to talk about this because whenever I hear/read about people not having friends, it's usually talked about negatively and treated as something that needs to change. I understand the negativity if you're someone who craves friends, but that's not the case for me. Btw I'm not against having friends, it's just that I'm not actively seeking them out. Where are the people who are happily friendless?? I'm interested to hear similar experiences.

It might sound miserable but I like having no friends

Started college a while ago, and while I do technically have friends from secondary, I don't see them due to different schedules and the larger amount of people, but honestly I've been enjoying it. In secondary there's this pressure to be social and be in friend groups, but college allows you to be so much more independent. You could be on your own minding your own business, eating alone, whatever, and nobody cares! I haven't made a single new friend, not really a priority and I'm just not interested. Yeah, talking is nice but only sometimes, and it's probably just a me issue but most of the conversations I have end up being dry, it's like there's this barrier preventing me from actually being close with anyone or going beyond surface-level. But that's fine. I'm more than comfortable being alone and often prefer it, I can focus on my work and walk around on my own without bumping into anyone I know. Although I do sometimes bump into old friends (mostly acquaintances tbh, I never felt close to any of them, I got pulled into friend groups because of an extroverted friend and honestly found it draining sometimes), and is it bad that it feels a bit burdensome? Sure, I miss out on going shopping or hanging out but idrc about all that. Thoughts??

feeling a bit miserable

Just woke up from a bad dream, not really a nightmare but I wasn't happy. It was about my parents. I forgot how it happened but I was confronting my mum but she started touching and harassing me. I told her to stop and threatened to call the police, she didn't stop so next minute i'm explaining the situation to this lady on the phone. I got asked a bunch of weird questions, like a survey, and I can't remember them but I'm pretty sure they were random. When they had actually came I regretted calling them and tried defending my mum, also telling them idc what happens to my dad just leave my mum. The police didn't do anything and went back to asking me questions, then my cat appeared randomly. Hardly any logic behind this but the police suggested I sacrifice one of my cat's legs which was supposed to make me feel better. Obviously I didn't want to but next thing i know he respawned with 2 missing, I felt guilty for it and pretty sure I cried in the dream. ATP my mum has disappeared out of the dream and I had to deal with my dad. He made his disdain quite clear and basically told me to kms. I don't have a good relationship with him, ages ago I've had one or two bad dreams about him trying to kill me.

I want to read a book about a very introverted, reclusive teen

I myself am someone who spends most of my time alone at home, I've never been too interested in hanging out with big friend groups or dating. I find it hard to connect with people, and most people my age I'm not that interested in. In real life and in media I typically see the complete opposite of myself, I want someone to relate to. I'm not really talking about someone struggling with mental health (e.g social anxiety, depression), but someone who just prefers to exist like a ghost. Aroace rep would be a huge bonus but I'm pretty sure it's rare to find that so idk.

It can be any genre apart from romance. But if there is romance it shouldn't be a huge part of the story, ideally not involving the main character.

I say teen but I don't mind older characters as long as the personality is similar to what I want.

Arranged marriage nightmare

HORROR! My mum forced me into an arranged marriage with some fuckass fucker I've never met, nor did I ever see him in the dream.

I was in the garden with Timmy (cat) when a fox came and tried to hunt him. I grabbed him and chased the fox off, but before that it kept coming and I felt threatened by it. Then the rest of my family came outside and there was a mention of marriage, it was originally supposed to be for my sister. But somehow it got deflected onto me and I was horrified. Fuck nooo. But they were really forcing me to (and in the dream I was supposed to be 14 or smth, so on top of that I was supposed to marry a pedo). When I was reluctantly getting ready for the wedding I was furiously shouting at my mum for doing this. But the worst part was when I saw this weird package, I opened it and inside was a pair of panties…but along the crotch area there was a zip and it was undone. Genuine horror washed over me and my blood was boiling at the realisation that they expected me to have SEX with this guy. (I’m aroace). I crashed out and was screaming again. My mum didn’t do anything and just left me to put my dress on. While she was out of the room, I made an escape. I ran out into the garden (it was night at this point) and I jumped the fences. I landed in someone else’s garden, and I broke into their house begging for help. The house belonged to this lesbian asian couple or smth. They didn’t seem fazed at all that some lunatic came screaming. I told them the situation and one of them gave me some advice, along with cash to run away with. She casually mentioned ‘I just came out of brain surgery’ so I was like, oh no, you keep the cash. But she ended up giving me £20 anyway, and offered for me to use her car. I left them and drove to this town centre area. It was very busy, easy to disappear into. There was this casino building and I considered gambling my £20 to get more cash, but decided against it. I disappeared into a shopping centre. At this point I think I was being followed by my family. I ran into this ’staff only’ area, and it led me to this hidden, narrow hallway. Beyond that there was a whole maze of them. I kept running, until I reached this liminal area where there was a gym room, and a couple of boys were in it. When I went in I also morphed into a boy. I minded my own business and tried to hide, until I was finally caught. I gave a look to the boys and mouthed ‘help me, please help me’, and when they did, I managed to get away again. Not sure where I went, a lot of it faded. Eventually I returned home once my family finally accepted the fact that I wasn’t going to marry some fucking guy under any circumstances.

Fragmented dream

Some parts of the dream were fuzzy so I won’t be able to describe it well, and I don’t know what order some events came in.

I remember being in my old tuition. I was struggling on a math problem because I couldn’t remember this technique to square numbers. When my tutor wasn’t looking I just skipped the question. We teleported to this place outside and we started talking. I think it was a beach? I was asking him questions, he was giving mediocre answers. Summer Breeze by Type O Negative was playing in the background so I asked him, “You like TON? I like them too.” Cuz I was excited that someone may share the same taste in music as me and he was just pretty dismissive. So I stopped talking.

Then the scene changed, I was watching an orange sun set in a twilight sky. The sun was freakishly large. Probably cuz irl, I was staring at the full moon thinking how big it looked. That reminds me, I think at some point the weather was acting up, it was really windy or whatever, and I blamed it on how close the moon was. I think I was near an ocean, not sure.

Teleport to outside my home, I was planting flowers for whatever reason. Purple, white, black. Idk what type of flowers they were, but the black ones looked kinda like black velvet petunias. Maybe the purple ones were lavender or something idk. No clue about the white ones. The black ones were supposed to be deadly somehow.

Some more stuff happened, I was with my family but details have been forgotten.
