The first rule of SR is...

You thought I'd say that you do not talk about SR didn't you? Well no, it's that you should not release.

I'm bored of seeing newbie comments in here that claim that it's ok to release as long as it involves a woman. No my friend, that's called no fap and there's a whole sub dedicated to this; go tell that nonsense over there.

Just to be clear, I'm not referring to retaining during sex or celibacy until marriage. Those are forms of SR (even if the latter has an expiration date). But claiming that you are doing SR since you're releasing only with women or even your soul mate, that's absolutely bs and not related to SR in any way kind or form.

I'm not telling that you shouldn't do those, just don't claim that those are SR; by definition they aren't.

How much fatigue is ok?

I've noticed that if I stay more time in the butterfly position I get more intense tremors. But I'm wondering if that is a good thing or not.

Are tremors more intense only to compensate for the higher abductors fatigue or do they do actual stress release work? Should I maybe fatigue them just enough so that tremors can start and not care about them being intense?

Reverse Kegel seems highly promising

Not sure whether I have PE or not, has happened but not consistently. My main goal is to fully control my ejaculation during sex.

Have been off sex for a year now, and for one month tried practicing long masturbation sessions. But only did the regular Kegel when nearing the PONR, so basically the start and stop method. And while I could do that for some time, it doesn't seem very practical; I can't just stop all the time during sex. So I eventually gave up the practice.

Found out this sub just yesterday and read some top posts. I liked the one that suggested reverse kegel more. Then searched in here for how to do it, and while I didn't see the actual exercise I understood that it's basically the movement you do to poop/pee.

So the next morning (today) I just observed what that movement is while in the act, did it like 5 times to make sure I got it, and then tried a masturbation session. Basically just did belly breathing with reverse kegel on the inhale.

This was the best season I've ever had. Went for like 5-10 minutes non-stop and only got somewhat close to PONR once (probably because I experimented a bit with reducing the reverse kegel frequency). But even then I could go on after only 2 seconds. In my prior sessions it would be many more times, and each one would need 10-20 seconds pause. I could probably go on for much longer but was already satisfied with my finding.

Not sure how this is going to evolve but this thing seems like an ultimate hack. Very grateful to this sub for all the info I found, my hopes are very high right now, let's see what happens.

Getting sick is same as releasing - do not do that

Your body spends too much energy to get back from sickness. If you count days then you should probably reset to zero.

This is no joke my men, avoid getting sick at all costs. Do not drain your energy on meaningless things like that. Keep retaining in each and every circumstance.

You may think that well this is involuntary what can I do? First thing you do is stop making excuses; and second is stop getting sick. It's really that simple once you take responsibility.
