Applying for OBC-NCL in Assam but both parents are deceased. What do I do?
Hey guys, I need to apply for an OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate, but both my parents are no more. Since the application asks for a parental income certificate, I'm completely stuck on what to upload. Does anyone know what the actual workaround is for this or what alternative documents I need to submit? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Would really appreciate any advice!

Zee5 Scammed The Whole Nation With Their Subscription Pack of 799 for 3 Devices #SCAM ALERT
These fuckers changed their plan of 799 with 3 devices to one device at literally 1 am when me and my friends just paid for the subscription a day before the worldcup starts even their terms of use page shows 404 not found when i click on it , they are literally changing it as i speak, WHAT A BUNCH OF SCUMS
