95% cured after 23 years of hell

I’ve had PFS since 2003 and was part of the first ever yahoo w hat that consisted of a few dozen people suffering from PFS. After decades of suffering and seeing people lose their minds and their lives from PFS it is strange to say I’ve made huge progress in the last years or so and am now mostly free of PFS.

Raw meat helping post Finasteride syndrome

I eat raw beef every day.. around 1.4kgs and it seems to have helped my post Finasteride syndrome. I feel calmer and digestion feels happier now. Any idea what the mechanism is? Raw meat seems to contain a lot of structurally undamaged proteins is that the reason it’s healthy? My eyelashes and beard look good and eyebrows are darker

New to carnivore. Some questions about fibre carnivore ish

I’m new to carnivore and I’m hoping to improve my digestion and bladder irritation caused by post Finasteride syndrome

I find eating sweet potato helps my digestion keep moving and avoiding digestion

So my questions are

Can I eat some carbs once per day (sweet potatoes) and if not will my poop adjust and if so over what time period? Meat only seems to cause constipation for me

Thanks for any input !
