Are there medications to clear up blocked ejaculatory ducts in men?

I'll be 61 in a few days and recently, I've been producing maybe 1/4th of the usual volume when I have an orgasm. I've been taking a Flowmax med for the past few years but this is a new development. I still have full sensation but I don't feel as if I'm clearing the decks, so to speak.
I couldn't care less about my sperm count or being fertile but if there's a non-surgical option to treat this problem and clear things up, I'd consider it.

Model name/number for this amp?

I've checked several sites including Peavey and I can't find a listing. I took the photo off a screenshot from a YouTube channel.

Tips for next steps with this cannabis plant?

This is after 2 weeks in a basic indoor hydroponic grower. The light ceiling is only 11" and right now the plant is at 8". Im nervous about transplanting this beauty because it's only the second weed plant I've ever grown and the other one died a few days ago in a soil grow due to poor care. I do have a Smart Light-Filled Soil Planter to use and it waters itself but it only has a 14" light roof. I do have separate grow lights and potting soil, plant food and nutrients.

Thanks for any help.

Are oblique muscle injuries common with overweight people?

I've been overweight for several years now, but it's only been recently, like starting early last year, that I've experienced excruciating pain on either side of my ribs when I've twisted my torso or leaned back at an apparently bad angle. It's happened several times and at least once or twice it was completely debilitating for about 20 minutes or so.
The first time, it happened on my left side and I thought I was having a heart attack.
It's only been since early last year that my weight went from about 210 to 220-225-235. I've never had any kind of muscle strains in my obliques until then.
I've also known plenty of overweight people my whole life(I'm 60) and I don't remember ever hearing them complain about muscle strains from being overweight(and they are much heavier than me). I'm 5'11 and my ideal adult weight has always been about 175-190.
So I guess I'm asking to hear from other overweight people about their experiences with oblique strains and what they do to prevent or treat them. I bought a couple of compression shirts and a rib brace.
