I HAD a pretty good size collection of Thunderstone Advance sets. When Quest came out I jumped on the hype train. I sold off my Advance sets to buy into Quest, post Kickstarter. After a number of plays I found myself missing TS Advance. For some reason I preferred the simplicity, if you will, of just using cards and XP counters. I thought the idea of colored XP counters having different uses was great.

I eventually traded Quest. I wasn't getting it to the table much. Now, years later I find myself missing Advance more. If I had both in front of me now, I'd pick Advance over Quest without hesitation. Too bad it's out of print. It may have been my favorite deck builder. Hype regret is real.

I've been trying to land near swarmer wreckage for 10 minutes. I press the button but no landing or message saying I can't. I finally landed a ways away on a landing pad. Is anyone else having this issue?. It's not constant but enough that it's really drawing out the missions.

I don't remember the lyrics as I was young. But I think the chorus was along the lines of

"You there, saying ??????. Come to the ?????"

Or something similar.

It featured a lot of use of the piano or keyboard. I'd class it as soft rock. The piano notes followed the lyrics on the chorus.

It's not like a song I was always seeking out, just on the radio a lot. If I could plug a computer to my head to hear the song and spit out an answer I would.
