To get my certificates attested in Foreign Ministry, Is it mandatory to take a prior online appointment, or can I get them attested by walk in?
They don't have any appointment available till next month, I need to get the certificates attested urgently.
Anyone got theirs done by walk in?
pls advice.

Hi everyone! I'm an international student planning to study in Germany and could use some advice.

I have an offer from one university but I'm still waiting on a decision from another which I think will be released in June end. Embassy appointments in my country are hard to get, so I'm unsure whether to start the preliminary review process now using the current offer - especially since it involves a fee which is non refundable and I'm not 100% decided yet.

Also I would like to know:

Can the university name be changed later in things like health insurance or blocked account documents If I decide to go with another university?

Any guidance would mean a lot. thank you
