How to 1v9 and win

Many games I play and I think many other players, I am the strongest teammember and my entire team is like losing or at least not winning. Ive won my lane, got a bunch of solo kills, maybe some picks in the river, whatever im ahead. SoloQ players are not that reliable so a bad teammate really fucks the game sometimes. I want to know what I can do to still carry and 1v9 the game. Ive spent some time watching Shok and when he was ahead he identified the lane he wanted to play for and most importantly which lane not to play for or avoid. He spent the next few minutes just shoving and roaming to that lane and he won the game. I tried it and well, it does work. I want to know if this is correct and what more things I need/can do to win.

How to mage

I play AD champs mid, akshan, Talon, Naafiri and kat. I struggle a lot with mages. Its like im playing an entire different game. Im very used to being able to do good damage to creeps with auto's and not this 'time your auto perfect to kill the creep bcs you do shit damage.' Im just very used to being able to auto minions to death. I find mages a lot harder to play with abilities, you need more setup in a sense to kill someone. Like on naafiri i just get close, Q someone maybe twice and i can auto them to death in theory (i dont have ult) but say i play syndra i have to poke them down first maybe with a Q, throw a W. Kills are very reliant on abilities and i just always default to autoing my enemy to death bcs its muscle memory. I want to learn to play mages too but its so different and a lot harder for me. I have about an 800 hours of gameplay in ranked which were all AD midlaners and its quite hard for me to just switch.

How to adapt to bad team

I know this is a pretty common topic, but I’m genuinely a bit lost on how to deal with it. I keep having games where I win lane and play well individually, but the game still falls apart because my team ints or one player is playing badly.

I understand that if teammates were genuinely holding people back, nobody would be able to consistently climb to Challenger. So I know there has to be something I’m doing wrong or failing to adapt to.

I generally have good CS, play consistently in lane, and rarely int, so I don’t think my laning or consistency is the main issue. I suspect I might be making “correct” plays in situations where I’m expecting my teammates to play like high-elo players and understand what I’m trying to do. Obviously, that expectation can’t be realistic.

So my question is: what should I be adapting when I’m ahead but the rest of my team is struggling? How do I turn a strong lane into a win when my team is consistently making bad plays?

I play mid lane, if that helps. Plat 3

Fixing my playstyle

The problem is I know what im doing wrong, but dont know how to fix it. I am currently plat 3 and I can easily point out the mistakes my team makes, I make etc etc. But the problem comes with fixing them. Like there is a fight happening somewhere and afterwards i see oh fk i shouldve been there but im too late. Its not 1 main problem there are just little ones and i just dont know what i should do to fix the problems. There have been so many times in recent games where I was like fuck I had to be there or i shouldve done this instead of that. And it keeps on happening i cant find the source.

These tutorial like skillcapped and shok say that there is some level of wave management in mid but when I watch some high elo akshan games i just see them constantly hardpush the wave. This really fucking breaks my head what im suppost to do.

Emp attack usage

The only skill expression in this champ is the empowered attacks. Its so simple it becomes complicated. For me atleast. When do you use which one? Ive always felt that empowered Q is the only useful thing. Does a shit Ton of damage. Ive just been neglecting the other 2 which isnt good. So can someone tell me when to use which empowered attack?

How to produce

I really want to learn how to produce well. I do have ableton and plan on buying fl but ive never really gotten into everything because its so overwhelmjng and i expect myself to make million dollar beats when I first touched the program so i gave up fast. I do want to produce. I have a good bit of theory, been playing drums since i was 4 years old and have played the piano for 8 years and just finished 2 years of guitar before going to college. I really struggle with making good sounding things. It all sounds so bland and boring. Im a really big fan of daft punk and all that synth stuff and if i listen to their songs it aint super complicated, repeated melody etc etc. You would think ah its easy I could do that too. But no. Its very hard to come up with a good melody or lead, ive watched some YouTube for that and people give tricks how to make melodies but it all sounds so “soulless” if you know what i mean. It isnt creative just some trick you learn. I want to make real original good music with a distinguished sound that doesnt sound so repetitive and bland as nowadays hiphop with all the 808. Something like tame impala or radiohead or daft punk with some creativity in it instead of the same 808 kit every time. I don’t have any other things except for my computer, no midi keyboard or soundpads. If i have a start like the melody I can imagine the rest in my Head really. I just find the first step really hard. Can someone help me out?

How do I Carry with assassins (plat+)

I play mostly assassin-style mid laners, especially Akshan. Overall I'm climbing and usually perform better than my lane opponent. I've been sitting around a 60% win rate over my last 30 games, so things are going well overall. However, I struggle with games where my team falls very far behind.
I know that if I want to improve, I need to be able to carry more of these games. Obviously not every match is winnable, but I feel like players above my level would convert many more of these difficult games into wins.
My biggest issue is teamfighting. As an assassin, I usually have to wait for the right moment to engage or I'll get one-shot immediately. If my team dies instantly or someone engages 1v5, there often isn't an opening left for me to play around. Against champions like Samira, Mel, Nilah, or Jax, it feels even harder because they can deny or punish my burst.
I try to create advantages before objectives by looking for picks or catching people rotating or in side lanes, but that isn't always possible. Sometimes the enemy groups well, my team fights before I can make a pick, or the flank angle is too dangerous because of heavy CC or champions that shut me down.
In games like these, I often feel like I run out of options. What should an assassin player be doing when their team is significantly behind and standard approaches like flanking or looking for picks aren't available? How do higher-level assassin players consistently find ways to carry these kinds of games?

Shove first or don’t

Like if my laner roams to botlane bcs I just backed or something or just a scenario where my laner roams.. I always shove before i maybe follow the roam if they arent dead by then. I get flamed hard if my botlane dies because I just didnt follow the roam but i did make my laner lose cs and I got a plating. But I always doubt wether to shove first or move and sack the wave. Same with midgame like if an objective is abt to spawn and there is a fight in the midlane, ofcourse I want to be there, but ill shove the wave first. Maybe my team is dead by then or ill clean up or im on time. But I always doubt wether to shove first and move or just sack. I always do the first and shove the wave but im always in doubt. I know there isnt a straight rule to it but i would like some advise and guidelines to determine wether to shove or go asap.

How to Carry with akshan (plat+)

Like it States, i always go even or better than my laner, its like 1 in 30 games i run it down. Its more my team that make the big mistakes or the enemy comp that is unplayable. Im still climbing and such but i sometimes get streaks of 3 games where i have a really bad team, or someone (jungle or supp) runs it down. No matter how fed I am they are too dangerous in teamfights. I try to get solokills before big objectives but it doesnt always work because one of my teammates dies too so its a 1 for 1. Comps matter heavily too, i played a few games against nilah and mel botlane. You can imagine how that is. Or they have a super fat fucking tank that doesnt die like sej or tahm. I have no problem winning if my team is somewhat decent and doesnt suck. I don’t know how I can Carry more with akshan, roaming i feel aint what it used to be. Ive heard the advise when a lane is losing just roam to them and it gets better while others say don’t touch that lane no more. With the short roamtimers i want to be back in lane Quick so ill roam only if I can kill quickly or its guaranteed. I know I can’t Carry all and not every game is winnable especially on akshan but I should be able to Carry more.

Crashing cannonwave

The question is kinda midlane oriented. Ive done this many times and my opponents do this many times too. When you want to back you do it on a cannonwave ideally. My standard is hardshove the wave before the cannonwave and back asap to get back in lane. My opponent stays and shoves the wave, I get back in lane and I have lost Maybe 1 melee and get a whole free wave. Then I can shove the next wave also and do whatever bcs my opponent is late in lane bcs he backed after he shoved Cannon wave. Isnt this bad for my opponent? Giving me a free wave and prio? Lately when I get the opportunity to crash the Cannon wave bcs my opponent backed I just leave it in the middle and don’t touch it and back too. Isnt this way better?

How to continue climbing

Ive been playing lol for a year ranked seriously now and ive made the climb on akshan from iron to plat 3. I do understand the game pretty well id say or atleast know what I should be doing. I don’t really know my mistakes, im still climbing and not hardstuck at all but I get these games sometimes where I do my absolute best and can’t win. I still make mistakes and see them later on, like ive made the mistake multiple times where if im in lane and an objective is abt to spawn, I go into the river or roam to look for kills to get an advantage whats good. Most of the time it just results in me sitting in river doing nothing, the objective spawns, I have to get back to lane to Collect a wave because my opponent got a free shove. These small mistakes I can spot but not all. I feel im sometimes too conditioned on farming that i maybe arrive late to fights. Ive seen in a replay ive lost a game purely because i took time to auto a Cannon late game to shove the wave. I still find it very hard to spot less obvious mistakes and improve. The higher i get the less obvious the mistakes get. I don’t know how to keep climbing at Some point because there are games where I just get bad teammates like we all do and while I play better than my laner (I always go even or better than my laner, its like 1 in 25-30 games i actually run it down) akshan isnt really always in position to Carry and I make mistakes I don’t always see that limit me from winning those. So how do i keep on climbing

Jungle invade lvl 1

Sometimes my jungler gets invaded lvl 1 when my first wave arrives. I always doubt if i should drop wave to move and kill the enemy jungler or not. I just try to shove it and move but many times my jungler is already dead. What is the correct play?

How to play top

I come from midlane but i want to learn top too, I have a second account where I OTP panth and if banned Darius. I OTP akshan, been playing lol ranked seriously for like a year now and got to plat 4 so far. Its not that I dont play pantheon mechanically bad or so that I lose games but more that I just dont understand toplane. Midlane the wavestates dont really matter, the occasional 'freeze' can be utilized for 1 wave only until it turns to shit, there is no such thing as permafreezing and slowpushing is only good until like level 9 when you can oneshot waves. Unless you are losing very badly wavecontrol is not super relevant skill in mid besides just knowing when to shove a wave or slow push it. I just dont get top. I dont get trading on toplane. I think i should poke my laners down as much as possible with panth Q and when low just W, Q, E them to death. I can recognize in mid as a ranged player easily when i can kill someone and when i fuck up its not the worst bcs i can escape with my E. Very forgiving, top isnt so much. Furthermore top is this lonely island, if youre whole team fucks up its just up to you in the midgame. Mid i can just impact the map by making roams or rotating to plays, while i cant do this always on top only if its close to my lane. While panth has his R which makes him more of a 'roamer' than most toplaners i still feel kinda helpless when my whole team goes to shit while im just passively farming top. So any experienced toplaners have some tips or guides how to toplane? especially wavecontrol i feel is very important to learn.

Akshan build

I start the build always with kraken first nowadays because the early damage is so fucking good. I just mix what comes next. I don’t really build c44 its good but sometimes I see super squishy comps and just build collector and don’t bother building ldr and build something like shieldbow and ie and finish with something like GA because those comps have burst or dive. Against something like naafiri or noc I just build shieldbow 2 item. I never end fullbuild with 100% crit. Is that bad? Bcs I finish with GA late game bcs I don’t want to die lategame bcs that could fuck The game. Is it good to sell kraken later when fullbuild? I havent found like a good build to do after I built kraken.

How to toplane

Im new to toplane, I play midlane, mainly assassins but im picking up Darius as secondary role. I play akshan and Aurora mid, while these can be played mid i don’t like being the ranged toplane that everyone hates. How does one play toplane? I don’t understand trading as melee. Midlane its just poke them with some abilities or wait out some key abilities before you can engage. While I think this also applies on top, like I can poke someone with Darius Q, its a bit harder to bait some abilities. But how do you trade in toplane and know to go in or you know you win the trade early? Is it a lot different to midlane? And Darius in the midgame I think he is more of a splitpusher no? You want to be in the sidelane the most I think. Any tips and such?

comet or electrocute

What type of matchups does one take comet over electrocute? what are the pros and cons of each runepage and so against what type of champs do you take each one? electrocute is the standard i guess.

What secondary role?

As the titel States, what do you Guys recommend as a secondary role? I currently have adc but that shit is harder than I thought. I don’t like playing with someone else in the lane, i die super super fast and it never went well, i tried some twitch but I just don’t have the damage to keep up with my squishieness. Toplane I do like but its mainly required to be a frontliner, i can’t play marksmen what i like or ill get flamed for good reason (ranged top is kinda meh). In terms of macro top is most similar to mid i think. I do enjoy jungle in just unrated games but the role is so fundamentally different from laning that I don’t think its a good idea to have it as secondary role. Same story with support, I mean i can just play Lux, poke, that kind of stuff but i don’t really like again playing with 2 people in lane.
