UAE debts and what to do ?

My father used to own a maintenance company in the UAE. Due to poor management, the business fell into heavy debt around 2018. He had maxed out around 7–8 credit cards and was unable to repay them. On top of that, the company failed to pay VAT, resulting in many administrative penalties and additional liabilities. Some banks are claiming a principal amount of around AED 300,000, while others have continued adding interest and other charges. My mother was the owner of the company, and my father was the Managing Director. The business is now closed, and my father is no longer able to work. I feel completely clueless about where to start or what to do next.he have a debt maybe after principal 800000 what all can I do to make him exit UAE . As I am teenager I don't know what to do only my sister works now. My mother and father doesn't have visa now . They are overstaying for 6 years

IIC LAKSHYA INSTITUTE IS A SCAM

I had a very disappointing experience with IIC Lakshya. They claimed that a minimum 80% attendance requirement was clearly mentioned in the welcome email, but after checking my records, I could not find any such guideline. Despite repeatedly stating that they always provide this information, they have not been able to show proof that it was sent to me.

There is also a major discrepancy in attendance records. My laptop portal shows 84% attendance, while the institute claims I only have 33%. When I requested evidence supporting their calculation, no satisfactory proof was provided.

Additionally, despite informing them multiple times that I am based in the UAE, they stated that they contacted me on an Indian phone number. Previously, all communication had been through my UAE number, but later they claimed my UAE number had not been updated, which raises concerns about their communication procedures.

Most concerning is that even after I met the required academic criteria, I was denied the opportunity to take a resit examination. The rules appeared to change during the process, and I was not given clear or consistent information.

I am sharing my experience so that prospective students can make informed decisions. If you have faced similar issues regarding attendance records, communication, or resit eligibility, please consider sharing your honest experience through a Google review.
