Severely constipated for days so i need just the straight medication lol

Ong guys i attempted to purchase my meds on June 26 and their website makes it impossible to make a payment …they sent me an i vice July first to pay for my medication but when i clicked it it doesn’t even allow me to enter the patient portal even though the password and email is correct and theirs not even an option to change the password lol so i legit have to go to google type in pomagrahet patient portal and log in from there that way then once in in there is legit no option to pay the damn thing and I’ve been had my card on file and i tried to call customer service no one ever picks up…I’ve emailed from two different emails and no reply on either one though they say to email them …I’ve reached out in text and through Facebook telling them that it shows payment complete but it is not bc once i click view details it says pending and i have been explaining this to them over and over and all they keep telling me is they reached out to their billing dept and mind you it takes litterly days for them to keep telling me that so i kindly asked them to please just charge the card on file and. They keep telling me they reached out to the billing dept and the billing dept keeps saying they sent over the invoice and to do it from there like how many times do i need to explain myself that it doesn’t Fuc*kin work? How many times do i have to ask them to tell them to just bill the damn card themselves ? I don’t get why that’s so hard to do? And then I’m told to enable auto pay which is another thing that is impossible bc there’s legit no option on my end to enable it smh this company needs to fix the communication and help with customer service and they need to fix their website and patient portal because however they are operating now truly sucks and at this point I’m so frustrated that it’s taking this long for them to charge my card and even longer bc if it to get the meds sent to me that I’ve about had it and wanna say forget it and never deal with them again bc this is
