as someone who's only ever touched g4 i kind of hope it's a reboot with the same characters but a crisper animation style sue me i know ;-; (think mlp movie maybe??)

+ some rewritten episodes and better handling of the characters

this is DEFINITELY not going to happen, and i would definitely be interested if the newer characters have heart and soul in them though! that's also a best-case scenario for me

link doing his usual tomfoolery but it plays more like the actual game: he dies. a lot, actually

and zelda just talks to him the entire time and watches as link explodes himself on a boom barrel like "well, Link, I can't say I'm surprised, but really. I thought you were better than this."

bonus points if you manage to incorporate the goofier game mechanics in there

i'm considering writing a few stories but do want to know how much oc yall want to see in them. i got a few with just one or two and some without any canon characters at all (though usually set in a completely different timeframe than the original series).

anyways yeah also background characters being given major fan-characterization DOES count as an OC in my book. so.

ok this is a bit of a weird one. i like luna a lot as a character and think the episode about the tantabus was very interesting but...

i just feel like her psyche would be completely shattered by the time s1 starts. like you're telling me one THOUSAND years trapped in the moon and she comes out just slightly worse for wear?

i'm not talking about nightmare moon, but luma is still somewhere inside there as she can remember the events that went down. if she really remained conscious for 1,000 years trapped in the moon without any interaction her character would be way more... resentful?

idk this is just my opinion im looking too far into a magical horse show but i still feel luna should have been a lot worse for wear spending lifetimes in essentially solitary confinement.

...does that make celestia evil? i might write something like this but idk

this doesnt really make sense for the kill animations, but in the actual game the top half is just gone, which i always assumed was just because it got eaten or something

maybe impostors need time to digest body before killing again

and for the viper, i would assume they need time to re-generate(?) their stomach acid
