Had the first chalazion of my life on february and got it removed march 31 (right). It got swollen, red, purple and it never went back to what it was. Had a second chalazion, this time on the left eye, got it remover june 16 and it was beautifully better : swollen just for one day, no redness and it is perfect, like it never had been there.

Why the right eye was left like that? It was the same occuplastic surgeon, same method and yet im depressed with the results. In some angles it is barely noticeable, but i cant even take pictures in my favorite angle anymore, since it makes my eye clearly puffy and bigger.

Already asked my doc if there was something wrong or uneven and she said "no, it is perfect". Maybe she didnt see it? Should i go back and show these pics? Maybe it is a sack left? Ptosis? Recurrent chalazion? I hate this puffyness

Entao pessoal, tenho 24 anos e sempre tive o cabelo fino desde criança, porém sempre tive a cabeça cheia de cabelo. Aos 17 tinha muito cabelo ainda, aos 21 eu já começava a ganhar umas entradas leves e o cabelo ficava mais visível molhado e aos 23 no inicio de 2024 já estava com calvice difusa.

Procurei tratamento com tricologista e iniciei duta + minoxidil oral e tópico e tambem roaxutan numa dose de 20mg dia sim e dia nao, que é considerada baixa, apenas para manutenção de acne persistente. Iniciei em 8 de março do ano passado e obtive resultados muito bons mesmo, Em julho estive no auge, com muito cabelo.

Pelo trauma de me ver quase careca deixei o cabelo crescer por 12 meses e por ser cacheado as vezes parecia q eu nem era calvo, somente no banho. Tava tudo ótimo, porém em dezembro eu comecei a notar muitos fios caindo no banho. Percebendo q n dava p ignorar, em janeiro cortei o cabelo mais curto para ter certeza e vi que ainda sim tinha muitas falhas, e fui num dermato que também faz transplante. Ele me disse que muitos fatores poderiam dar queda : dermatite, estresse, falta de sono, remédios, genética, deficiência de alguma vitamina, ferro etc. Porém, a queda de cabelo genetica é lenta e não cai em quantidades grandes no dia a dia, e como eu já estava controlando c bloqueador de dht, tinha que investigar outras causas.

Em novembro/dezembro eu estava num período de pouco sono e estresse > regulei meu sono

Dermatite/caspa > estou tratando desde então com shampoos e alguns cuidados

Roacutan > parei mas tive que retomar em dose baixa novamente para acne

Ferro e Vitamina d > comecei a repor no final de março

E sinceramente? Continua caindo tufos e mais tufos no banho! Essa quantidade é a que cai todos os dias em 1 lavagem+condicionador, é desesperador.

Considerando marcar com um tricologista referência aqui na cidade urgentemente. Mas quando fiz avaliação online, já me empurraram transplante cerca de 20k e quanto ao tratamento clínico a consulta já é 450. Tenho medo de ir me consultar a toa e ela empurrar o mesmo tratamento que já faço ou aquelas injeções de minoxidil, vitaminas bla bla bla, que de fato nem sei se funcionam.

Há alguma coisa a mais que possa causar queda? Dermatos dizem que o roacutan pode causar efluvio telogeno, mas minha dose é muito baixa e bem improvável.

I hate the textura my chest has. I was using the infamous pill on a low continuous dose to treat the acne and oily but 2 months after i ended the treatment, it came back. Now im using it again, but i never had this texture. How to clear it?

Remember me? Did the chalazion surgery march 31 on my right eye. 2 days ago, guess what? Another chalazion, this time on my leitor eye. I thought i was going to leave this sub, but no. Guess im one of the people that are going to be the statistic of failed cases.

Using Hot compress already since the beginning, ointments and drops and well, only getting worse, looks like i'll have to wait 2 weeks to surgery again.

I was feeling my eyes uneven already, the eye with surgery was puffy, but probably due to the cut.

First pic and second pic are today, 3 pic last week (already removed the right chalazion and you can see my uneven eyelid). The last one was my eyes before this mess.

What should i do more? The occuplast surgeron who did my surgery prescribed me The same thing over again...
