I noticed a couple of days ago that my camera is no longer working. Everytime I will check my printer when I am away, the screen display on my phone was black. I double checked my laptop and its the same thing.. I tried restarting my Kobra s1 Max...the result is the same.. camera not working..
Good afternoon... after using super glue to stick my prints together.. I am getting this annoying haze. It ruins the appearance of my print. Anyone knows how to remove this? I tried sanding it with a nail file.. doesn't really work. Thank you.
I am conflicted with getting Alibre Pro. I am a Fusion 360 user and have got tired of its subscription and its limitation when using the free option (limited to 10 projects).
Is Alibre compatible with Anycubic slicer? Can Alibre do 3mf formats for 3d printing? Would appreciate anyone who has experience in using Alibre to shed some light to this matter. Thank you.

Does Alibre make 3mf files? Can I just design and save them to 3mf and print just like fusion 360? Or there's more work behind it?

I am totally lost for words. I dont know where to start. Yes, I blame myself for not checking the print from time to time.. I did swap the nozzle from .6 to .4 and did the calibration before starting to print again.. yup, I F...D myself with this one... the filament have dried to the extruder... what to do. What are the parts needed to replace... 😭😭😭😥
I have been seeing a lot of discussion regarding this matter. I have printed a carbon filter holder and an activated carbon pellets that replaced the bag that was included in the S1 MAX. Now, printing the usual (petg, pla, tpu) I find ok, I don't smell any odor. But I am scared if printing ABS, and that's what I want to do. Is it useless? Should've I just invested in an air duct that sucks the air out of the exhaust and tru an air filter/ or air purifier?
I had tried printing lately using PLA-HT and using the pre-selected PLA settings for printing in my Kobra X.
These happened, the prints turned out to be brittle and cracking. Spaghetti and paused the printing.
What settings should I do?
I have never thought that I will be able to perform a cold pull on both of my nozzles (.4 and .6) using a candle. 🤣🤣🤣
It works.. just make sure that the wick of the candle is short, so it doesn't produce soot... flame should be short and blue in color.
My S1 max has been phenomenal. It has been great with all my prints. As a Dodger fan like me, I can now print all the Dodger stuffs that I want, to decorate my room everytime the Dodgers play their game. Dodgers and Anycubic are sure winners in my field.
I just had so much fun printing with my 2 printers printing back-to-back. I had the handles printed on my S1 MAX while the Kobra X was printing the different Stars on different materials each.. so amazing.. usually it will take me a while to get this done.. but with these 2 printers working hand-in-hand.. unbeatable. The Kobra X multi-material printing is sublime. These 2 are the best Batman-and-Robin duo if you asked me. Loving my ANYCUBIC TEAM.
My very first full size print on my ANYCUBIC Kobra S1 MAX... so happy! Truly amazing.. why didnt I get this printer sooner... ..

Got my Kobra X print some cardboard spool adapters for my ACE 2 Pro. Nothing is perfect, and you need these if ever you gonna use cardboard spools to your ACE 2 Pro. I dont mind the tinkering, it actually helps me to be more resourceful. Solving problems and obstacles are the fun part in 3D printing. See a need, fill a need.
Im having so much fun with my S1 MAX. Im printing coasters to use everytime we watch the game. Go Dodgers!
KOBRA X or the Kobra S1 MAX? That is very good question.. and I found myself asking the same question a while back before owning the Kobra S1 MAX. Now, I had the KOBRA X for a while now, and I can honestly attest to you that it is one of the best bed slingers out there, super awesome.
My background? Well, I am Chef for 25 years and recently dipped my toes into 3D printing.. and I LOVED IT. I love cars as well and modify my car whenever I have the time and money.
Lets get back to the printers... We will not discuss Bambu here because I refuse to support a company that sends a cease and desist to a group of people who just decided to use their tool to whatever they want.. (hey they bought it, they own it. PERIOD!) end of story.
I have printed the same file on both printers yesterday, and at the same time and found out that the KOBRA X is 3 times faster than the S1 MAX. My KOBRA X is already finishing its 3rd plate while my S1 MAX is still 95% on its first one. That was just mind blowing.
Both printers delivered amazing quality into their prints but the KOBRA X was just lightning. Now, keep in mind, this one on one.. meaning it wasn't a fair fight.. why do I say this?
I can print 1 file on my KOBRA X (dimensions maximized on the plate) on a single job.... while I can print 5 files on my S1 MAX on a single job.
Lets put it in a very simple way.. let's say you are moving your place from one apartment to another.
If you use your 4 door sedan to move, it will take you at least 10 times back and forth trips till you are done.. not to mention time and energy used.... now if you use a semi-truck to move.. ahhhh, now you get it. You can haul everything in one go, and finish up quicker. The truck may not be fast on the road, but it gets all the load in one trip. Same with the S1 MAX.. its the print volume is its greatest feature.. not speed. S1 MAX is designed to haul heavy multiple loads.. not a single-print small sized multi-color... now if your printing multiple files in multi-color, that too is very good at it. Remember, volume is its language. Don't race a sports car with a truck.. you will sound stupid. Do you ever race with a semi-truck with your coupe and brag it to your friends.. same here, dont brag that your other printer is better and faster than the S1 MAX. it wasn't designed to race you, it was designed to carry large volume prints.
I am very satisfied with the S1 MAX. I am literally letting it print my large volume prints with no issues and confident that it will get to its destination with no hassle. Slow steady and confident. Like a semi-truck running on the freeway.

Is there a one out there knows what this is? It came out of the S1 MAX box.. although, there are no description of this item in the user manual.. what is it for? Anyone? Its rubber in material... but I cant seem to find where it fits? Or what it is for?

It didnt took too long to arrive, and it was delivered as to what Anycubic has said to me. The customer service was always helpful. After having the Kobra X, and getting impressed with it, its time to get the big guns!! Just got the S1 MAX and I'm so excited to do my unboxing experience. I really have to put together a comparison of both printers, usage, and its pros and cons..and so forth.. so far, any cons that you will get, Anycubic will address it quickly and get it resolved, no worries.
I am such a printer... and so far, I refuse to go to Bambu.. i will venture any printer even the most debated Prusa, which I love... but will Kobra S1 max be a part of your farm?
I have the Kobra X, and it is amazing..
