Surface Pro vs Galaxy Book 360 for drawing in Clip Studio Paint?

I'm trying to decide between a Surface Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Book 360 primarily as a portable Windows drawing device, and I'd appreciate some input from people who have actually used either for illustration.

My main reason for getting one is that I pretty much only use Clip Studio Paint for art. I already have the latest perpetual license on my main PC, whereas the iPad/Android versions require a subscription. I'd rather have a Windows tablet that I can use with my existing license and also just for daily usage (watching videos, browsing webs, and doing small tasks).

I also currently have a screen drawing tablet, but I hate how bulky the setup is. Every time I want to draw, I have to get the tablet out, connect the wires, set everything up, etc. I'd really like something I can just pick up and start drawing with, especially in bed or on the couch.

Surface Pro

The biggest thing I'm unsure about is the pen technology.

The Surface Pro uses Microsoft's Slim Pen 2 with MPP, while Samsung's S Pen uses Wacom EMR.

I've read a lot of comments saying MPP pens can have issues with things like wobbly lines compared to EMR. I'm wondering how noticeable this actually is for illustration in CSP.

I use stabilization in CSP whenever I need clean/straight lines, so I'm not sure whether the supposed MPP wobble is actually something I should care about in practice.

The main advantage for me is obviously the detachable keyboard and smaller form factor. It seems like it would make a much better dedicated tablet when I just want to draw.

Galaxy Book 360

The Galaxy Book 360 is appealing because of the S Pen/EMR, and I've generally heard better things about EMR for drawing.

However, I'm concerned about the fact that the keyboard is permanently attached and the screen is considerably larger.

I mostly draw either in bed or at a desk, so I'm wondering how cumbersome to use the laptop actually is when you're using it primarily as a drawing tablet.

Does having the keyboard folded underneath get annoying? Is the larger size noticeably less comfortable to use in tablet mode?

I also care about portability. I don't necessarily need something ultra-small, but the Surface Pro seems much more convenient to just grab and use compared to carrying around a relatively large laptop.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out which compromise is more significant:

Surface Pro:
Better tablet form factor and portability, but MPP pen technology potentially isn't as good for drawing.

Galaxy Book 360:
Better EMR/S Pen drawing experience and larger screen, but it's a much larger device with a permanently attached keyboard.

For someone whose primary purpose is drawing in CSP, would you pick the Surface Pro or Galaxy Book 360?

Can you buy Lowes Gift Card with MyLowes Credit?

Basically title I have a little over $100 in MyLowes credit and have really no use for it, so I would rather just gift it to someone as a Lowe's gift card. I know you can't buy other store's gift cards for sure, but just wondering if it would work on their own store gift cards?
