Looking to buy a 3d printer, need help!

So I want to buy a 3d printer for printing articulated action figures like Dummy13. I'm on a low budget, and I'm looking at the Creality Ender 3 V3 SE. Does anybody have experience with his printer, is it good enough to print articulated action figures like dummy13?
