I have weird eating habits, maybe 550-800 calories a day for a week or two, then for a week I'll eat 4000 plus calories, before I rant, this could absolutely be an eating disorder or just bad food habits...

During the time I eat less, food seems uninteresting or just bland, idk how to describe it, everything feels just like eating plain potatoes, and I almost never get hungry either, only getting hungry once a day. I'm not worried about my weight or anything I want to eat more honestly but I'm just not hungry or uninterested.

During the time I eat more, food just seems awesome all the time, I'm always hungry wanting more, overindulging multiple times a day and still being hungry, and only about 20% is stress eating.... I track my food and I've had 6826 calories in one day before and I felt great.

And about the title, my weird stages convince my parents I have anorexia or something, and won't back down

Any tips???

I've been playing rocket league for around 5 years, and for three of those years I was younger so I didn't really care much and only in the past two years have I really tried to play. I naturally am around a plat skill level and I have a ***67.4% win rate*** I average ****3.6 goals per match and 2.5 saves per match****** I believe I'm pretty good I have 1v1 Grand champs and champs and beat them I'm not super good at mechanics, but I'm exceedingly good for a mostly gold player. I watch tutorials and try everything to get better but I'm always hard stuck on gold and sometimes plat. I have about 300 hours in the game. I can easily win tournaments in gold and stuff but never able to get outta it, no matter how much I try

To make sure I'm not breaking the rules of the subReddit here are my play styles and stuff.

For the most part I like to hit power shots from far away, or let my teammate set up a good shot for me. I'm decently aggressive but not very defensive I would like to say that I'm a midfielder if we're talking about regular soccer.

Weakness

1. Air control

2. Boost management

3. Open nets

Strengths

1. Receiving passes

2. Ground controll

3. Teamwork

Idk what to do, I feel like my teammate sell all the time 😭😭

*Please give tips****
