I’m 8 months PP with my first. I had a traumatic birth. Almost died, my baby almost died (I’ll get to this). I truthfully can barely tolerate people anymore. Idk if anyone else has had a similar issue. I no longer have the tolerance to deal with anyone’s bullshit. Including my sister in law who’s now pregnant and choosing some horrible things and ignoring reality (like choosing a home birth despite several complications and prioritizing everything else over going to the doctor) Just dealing with people day to day has gotten very difficult. Especially my family. My daughter would not breast feed so I chose to exclusively pump which I’ve had a rough time with because I was under so much stress. We lived with my grandma who refused me privacy to pump and would wait for me to pump so she can pretty much kick down the door and yell at me and tell me how terrible I’m doing as a mom pretty much. so my supply dipped by more than half which I’ve not been able to recover and it’s been 3 months. My family has chosen every minor inconvenience to tell me to dry myself up and quit and feed formula. Shocker, none of them could breast feed. My in laws expect us at everything and I’m expected to help with sister in laws baby shower however given how she’s treated my baby recently i refuse to go. People at work are picking shit ass fights and I got called fat a few weeks ago by a coworker and that I was eating for the next one. Truly over people and if I could drive in one direction and never talk to anyone again I would.
I have my young boy naddeus and my god he likes to scent his enclosure. I'm guessing he's quite a bit more territorial but i can smell it from outside his bucastate enclosure. The only thing that clears the smell is if i occasionally skim the top layer of shavings off and put in some fresh but then thats just taking his scent out and encouraging him to do it more. Should i try it with just small patches in his enclosure every few days instead? He also likes to pee and scent on his wheel but if i clean it then by the next day its back to before. Tips would be most appreciated 😅
