This app called Readest is the ebook app I wanna recommend.
Just click on any word, click D in the contextual menu and you will have many dictionary options.

It is well known that the camera lenses of our Fold's ( and much much other Galaxy series) are easily detached with just a slight jerk, as these lenses are glued on with factory adhesives.

Never buy individual protectors like the one on the left.
Always buy the full capsule-type one on the right, the best protection ever IMHO.
It's a setting for be used with the Modes and Routines of GoodLock apps.

Just set up as the image attatched and you will enjoy almost the same fonts sizes on the outer and inner screen.
