Tiger Lily #20 through the darkness

surreal study of an eye surrounded by darkness, colour, and fragmented shapes.

I wanted to explore the contrast between soft pastel tones and a much darker, textured environment, while keeping the eye as the central point of focus.

Painted traditionally with acrylics, with some sketching and layered brushwork. πŸŽ¨πŸ‘οΈ

Just experimenting, learning, and letting the painting take its own direction.

Tiger Lily # 19 I painted a Tiger Lily on an old glass bottle 🌸🧑

I gave an old glass bottle a little makeover by painting a Tiger Lily on it. 🌸

I used acrylic paint and tried to give the flower a slightly textured, hand-painted look.

I really liked how a simple old bottle turned into something decorative! 🧑

Tiger Lily #18 β€œMy sister’s jeans got stained with ink, so I painted Tiger Lilies over it πŸŒΈβ€

My sister’s jeans got accidentally stained with ink, so instead of throwing them away, I decided to paint over the damaged area.

I used acrylic paint and turned it into a little Tiger Lily design. 🌸🧑

I really liked how the accident turned into something completely different!

Tiger Lily #17 β€œA flower blooming inside the eye πŸŒΈβ€

Acrylic painting experimenting with flowers, reflections, and loose expressive brushwork. πŸŒΈπŸ‘οΈ

I wanted the flower inside the eye to feel like a little world of its own, while keeping the rest of the piece loose and colorful.

Still experimenting and learning, but I really enjoyed making this one. πŸ’›

Tiger Lily #16 Blooming in Crimson

Painted these flowers with acrylics on canvas. 🌺

I made the flower shapes using my finger instead of a brush, then added the details with paint. I wanted to experiment with texture and loose strokes.

Still learning, but I really enjoyed making this one! 🎨

Tiger Lily #15 A Dream in Blue

I wanted to experiment with expressive brushstrokes, layered colours and paint drips, so I just let the painting develop naturally.

Still experimenting and learning, but I really enjoyed making this one. πŸ’™πŸŽ¨

Painted this little bunny today with acrylics.

I wanted to experiment with loose brushstrokes and lots of colours, so I just let myself play with the palette. 🐰🎨

Still learning, but I really enjoyed making this one.
