Manuele vs Newaz

I have an upcoming appointment with Dr. Newaz as it seemed like he was the best in the business and he just opened up an office in Gainesville where I go to college. However, I recently learned Dr. Manuele charges significantly less (almost half) of what Newaz is charging for FME. Does anyone have experience with being an out of state patient of Manuele and how he is as a provider? Originally, I thought Newaz was the only one worth visiting for a consultation because I assumed he was the best, but it seems like Manuele, Koval, etc may be just as good. I am now questioning paying $15k for FME with Manuele and flying round trip from Florida to LV because it will be much less than seeing Newaz, even if his office is 20 minutes away from me. Also, anyone know the current price for FME with Koval?

Orbital asymmetry

I have an appointment with Dr. Newaz in about a month and wondering if anyone has any knowledge/ experience with going into expansion with prior asymmetries and how they can be dealt with? I have zygomatic and mandibular asymmetries, but I’m most concerned about going into it with an orbital asymmetry (one eye higher than the other). I’m curious how this can be navigated, addressed, and potentially improved during the planning process. I haven’t seen any discussions with expansion providers talking about addressing orbital asymmetry so figured I’d ask here.

Possible?

20 years old with sleep apnea. AHI 4% - 6.1, AHI 3% 15.6. Cpap has helped tremendously, but it is not doing enough. Looking at get a consult for expansion first, as I have a narrow palate, and then doing MMA surgery covered by insurance. I was wondering if these aesthetic changes could be possible from these procedures. I care mainly about the functional benefits, but aesthetic changes are welcomed as well as I am definitely recessed. Also if anyone has any advice who has already gone down this path about seeking treatment and the order in which to speak to certain doctors. I am going to make a follow up with my ENT first and then hopefully go see Dr. Newaz as I don’t live too far away from his Florida office.

Both are chat gpt renderings so I am taking them with a grain of salt, but just curious if they could be somewhat accurate.

1982 Cal Ripken Jr 98T

Worth getting graded? Found at my grandparents house along with a whole box of 1982 Topps Traded, but this card is in this protector and likely has been since it came out of the box. The right left centering isn’t the best, but the card looks pretty clean. I’m used to Pokémon grading, so I’m not sure how PSA judges for baseball card grading. The bottom right line is a scratch on the case, but there are some spots on the back. These pictures aren’t great, but any advice would help.
