Wondering if the city has a different vibe the first week of September as school starts again.

Is it busier? More or less students out and about? What's the bar / nightlife scene is like? Is it a good time to visit?

Visiting Budapest for 10 days, mostly first week os September. Staying in District 7, west of Erzsébet krt.

Is there any particular events or festivals happening at that time? Looking for suggestions to do to fill up my 10 days. And things I should avoid.
