Can I use listing photos for my portfolio for my home service business without dmca concerns?

I’m building out a website for a painting company I’m taking over and want to use case studies or photos of completed work for each location page.

They have about 700 projects completed on the last 10 years but only photos from the last couple of months.

I was thinking of using listing photos from when some of the houses were sold for the completed work or Google street view, maybe do some editing on the photos or use Gemini.

My concern is can someone hit me with a dmca request if I were to use them on my website?
Could I use them on gbp? Or FB? Or IG? Or Pinterest? Or Houzz?

If I have to I can go around taking street photos of the fronts of the properties instead. My only concern with that is, it’ll be 3-6 photos per property and exterior only. I’m not sure of that will move the needle with converting customers.
I do understand that the geo location of the photos is helpful with website and gbp.

I’m also willing to use those street photos for gbp updates, but not sure if I should use a fresh photo for each gbp update?

Any insight or advice would be appreciated.

I did reach out to some previous customers, but most are sending potato cam pics of listing photos or Google street view screenshots.”, so it’s been a dead end.

I’m planning on using the portfolio of completed work as social proof and to drive more business. We’re very budget constrained.

Any resources on how to use social media to market my local service business?

Any good resources/ channels or creators you’ve found that were really helpful with marketing a local service business (House Painting) via social media?

Im looking to start with organic social media, and get that going, but don’t where to start and was wondering if you’ve followed anyone who was instrumental to getting your own social media growing.

I’m hoping to get brand recognition and eventually some leads via organic social media.

Doesn’t have to be specifically for painting. Anything local service business related would help.

Best way to find a reputable USA based firm for a large sized e-commerce build? (Will not promote, not hiring)

I’m currently trying to find a reputable USA based firm for a woocommerce new build/migration for my ecommerce store. My current store that I built 8 years ago isn’t scaling well and I’m looking to expand from 2000 products to 7500.

I reached out to a couple firms I found on google, but once I have a call with them it’s clear they’re in India and when I look up
Their address it’s usually a virtual office.

How can I find a USA based firm to do the development? Are there any marketplaces or tricks on how to find them?

I understand that these USA based firms may be suing developers in India and I’m okay with that. It’s more of needing a person in the USA to speak with and trust factor.

Please do not message me with your firm or services. I’m looking for how to find USA firms for me to call/interview

Are flyers or door hangers best when doing an exterior painting job in a neighborhood?

If I do flyers, does it need to be a thick card stock? Or could I use regular printer paper?

Do you include the address of the place you’re working on?

Thinking of making a small batch or ordering a small bath from a local print shop. Just got my license and trying to drum up steady work.

Are there any other things I should include besides our contact info, the local address I’m working on and an example of previous work?

Thinking of passing these out on the block when I’m doing an exterior job, or going to jobs I recently completed and doing the same to see if i can get some more work.
