Online Private Limited Company registration in Delhi for my business

I always wanted to establish my own brand, so I decided to register a private limited company in Delhi for my cafe which I recently started. I realized that private limited company registration is full of complications like obtaining digital signature certificates, also you need to give an address for company registration, but I didn't had any address which I could use for such purpose. I researched a lot and then came to know about these virtual offices which can be used for the purpose.

This Manual includes:

  • The Registration Process: How to register a Private Limited Company online in New Delhi, from name reservation to receiving the Certificate of Incorporation.
  • The Right Business Structure: Key differences between Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and OPCs to help founders choose the appropriate structure.
  • The SPICe+ Framework: A step-by-step overview of SPICe+, including incorporation, DIN, PAN, and TAN applications.
  • Required Documentation: Essential identity, address, registered-office, director, and subscriber documents needed for incorporation.
  • Government Fees & Timeline: An overview of ROC fees, state stamp duty, professional charges, and typical incorporation timelines.
  • Avoiding Delays: Common reasons for rejection, including name conflicts, address-proof issues, incorrect signatures, DSC problems, and PAN/KYC mismatches.
  • Post-Incorporation Compliance: Important steps after incorporation, including bank-account opening, GST, EPFO/ESIC, ROC filings, bookkeeping, and payroll setup.

Throughout the research I got plenty of information and various insights, I would be happy to help or answer any queries.

UPI—the single best thing from the BJP era—is now getting ruined by MDR.

Hey guys,

Like most of you, I always believed UPI was the absolute best thing to come out of the BJP government. It completely transformed how we live and do business. But the latest move to bring back the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) feels like the end of that golden era.

The FM recently clarified that “MDR applies only to merchants and not to end users/customers.” They want us to believe ordinary citizens won't feel the pinch.

But as a small cafe owner, I know the math: if you tax the merchant, the buyer ultimately pays.

We operate on razor-thin margins. If digital platforms start taking a cut out of every transaction, small businesses cannot absorb that loss. The burden will inevitably hit the consumer—either through higher menu prices, or a forced shift back to cash for small bills.

What are your views on this? Do you think taxing merchants is fair, or will this policy just kill the seamless, cash-free culture we love?

Experience of Setting up a business in India - Legal requirements(Accounting, GST ,TDS, Company filings)

I recently started a cafe in Delhi. I realized that doing business in India is full of legal requirements and compliance like filing GST returns, TDS returns, accounting etc. My best decision was to actually outsource accounting as it was cost efficient. I had researched lot on internet how to run business with all the compliances to avoid any penalties. In these 3 months of business journey learnt a lot. While researching I found a guide which helped me a lot.

It explains:

  • The Strategic Necessity: Why proactive compliance planning protects and scales your business.
  • The 2026 Blueprint: A step-by-step roadmap to successfully launching a business in India.
  • The Legal Foundation: Mandatory corporate registrations and statutory government approvals.
  • Fiscal Operations: Navigating GST, TDS, automated e-invoicing, and structured payroll compliance.
  • The Operational Calendar: A routine monthly checklist tailored for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
  • The Knowledge Base: Answers to frequently asked questions regarding Indian regulatory frameworks.
  • Risk Mitigation: How expert legal and compliance support safeguards your enterprise from penalties.

with 3 months of business journey I got quite a lot of insights and would be happy to assist with any queries

Is it just me, or is adulterated petrol making a huge comeback?

Hey everyone,

Apart from the usual E20 ethanol blending issues, straight-up fuel adulteration (milawat) seems to be spiking across Delhi-NCR.

Lately, after fueling up, I’ve noticed:

  • Engine knocking and weird vibrations.
  • Sudden mileage drops.
  • Clogged fuel filters (confirmed by my mechanic).

We are paying almost ₹102+/litre just to get our engines ruined by water or cheap solvents.

The exact moment you realize Meerut is secretly elite

We all love to complain about the chaotic traffic on Delhi Road, the dusty construction, and the constant urge to escape to Delhi or Noida. But what about those rare days where the city just completely hits the spot?

For me, it’s a slow winter Sunday morning driving through the completely peaceful, green lanes of the Cantt area. No honking, just old trees and crisp air. Then heading over to Abu Lane for a plate of legendary, piping hot shahi jalebis, and wrapping up the afternoon basking in the sun at Gandhi Bagh.

No aggressive NCR hustle. No big-city pretension. Just that classic, comforting Meerut vibe done absolutely right.

When did Gurgaon actually feel like a 10/10 city to you?

Every post here is just rants about NH-48 traffic, toxic corporate bosses, or Cyber City flooding.

We get it. The hustle is brutal. But what about that one perfect day where Gurgaon actually got it right?

I’m talking about a crisp winter Sunday on an empty Golf Course Road. Killer flat whites at 32nd Avenue. Double-digit AQI. Ending the night with elite craft beer under a skyline that actually looks like Manhattan.

No complaints. No corporate trauma.
