earlier i used to play ps4 version of HZD, switched to Remastered version on ps5 and difference is huge. I love it alone for the 4K HDR enhancements

I went to playstation website on laptop to purchase Days Gone Remastered which is on discount 1199 INR but accidentally bought PS4 version which is 2499 INR.

As soon as i purchased i realised that i f*ked up so i tried to refund it but it says you downloaded it 😭 how??. It never happened.

I mailed them and gonna call them tomorrow also. Does anybody faced this issue. Did they refund you if you appeal? Please guide me.
