First efficient factory I’ve made that doesn’t look like dog water.

Spent the weekend making a recycled plastic/rubber factory. 100% efficiency outputting exactly 1560 rubber+plastic.

Went for a brutalist style build so the boxiness was intentional

My girlfriend won’t show me love for what I’ve done so hopefully you guys will ♥️

Do only large billboard signs emit light from a distance?

I had some cool designs I was doing and when I added the sign lighting with the 4m signs you can’t see it unless facing directly at the sign. It doesn’t bounce off the walls or floors.

Global illumination is on.

Graphics are on ultra

And I entered the console command

When I use the large billboards I can see the lights bounce off the floor until about 20 meters away.

If possible I’d like to create a lighting affect like in this photo that you can see from afar.

Looking for a multiplayer game I can no life when not working.

My main genres have been MMOs, Survival and RPG games. Some games I’ve dumped a ton of hours into:
Once Human
WoW
New world
Rust
Atlas
Ark
Windrose
Valheim
Palworld

I’m not a big anime fan so I could never get into things like final fantasy or genshin impact.

I’m wanting a game that I can play with other people or friends that I could put thousands of hours into and feel like my time is rewarded. New world was this for me but with the servers closing down I’m looking for a new home. WoW almost has everything perfect but the time needed to be invested to get anything is too much. Like spending an entire weekend to get a single item.

I was looking at guild wars 2 and maybe warframe but open to any other suggestions.

And a coop survival game would be okay if it’s something that’s actively getting updated keeping people invested. Like Windrose is amazing and I put 200 hours into it but now there’s nothing to do and devs said an update won’t be out for 6+ months which is fine! It’s how these games are normally. I just want something that can be consistent.

ULPT request: how to be visually sick to leave a work thing.

There’s a thing I’m being forced to go to for work on Saturday and it’s 8 hours long. If I don’t go to this one I gotta go to another one. No way around that. If I call in sick they will reschedule.

However, once I show up if THEY send me home that’s different. The deeds done.

So how can I visually make myself seem ill so I can get sent home and not be stuck here for 8 hours. I’m already planning on going 24+ hours no sleep because I just normally do that anyways. I heard putting vapor rub near my eyes will make me teary. And swallowing hot sauce for a cough/raspy voice. Anything else? Maybe to get a pale face?
