Theory/Doubt on Khaleja

In Khaleja, Prakash Raj gets introduced in the first half after Subbu escapes from his son.We got ourselves a iconic meme but I noticed that after this scene he gets his proper intro in the second half like multiple different shots of him saying his character motives, his methdology clearly in silhouettes. Then he comes out of shadow after he kills a guy indirectly. Then I kinda hit me that first intro could've been a later addition to the film.if we remove the scene in 1st half when raju gets stabbed it would've been still on subbu's dad command.JKs would've been introduced properly in 2nd half where it would've been established he is JKs son and there it would've been revealed why he wanted to marry his son off to Subbu.Am I overanalyzing or any member of the cast or crew talked about anywhere?

"தமிழ்" kadavul murugan ku vandha sothanai

I did an early post(my first post) in this sub about the kantara movie ,one of major discussion in that comment section was kula deivas being assimilated into brahmanical stories by these big budget movie that their original origins are being forgotten,Now the same thing is happening to not a random kula deivas of tamilnadu but Murugan himself,I seriously don't know where is this heading. They are even coming to bite the post which addresses him as Tamil kadavul murugan in twitter.

Badra aka Khaleja

My all time favorite mahesh babu film, insane repeat value awesome writing,I usually prefer to watch films in their native language but I always prefer to watch tamil dubbed version of this film.ARK Rajaraja is the guy who wrote the tamil dialogs for this films he totally justified trivikram writing in tamil in sense of his comedic timing and philosophy everything was perfectly conveyed in tamil ,also the dubbing actor for mahesh babu does some incredible work in this movie perfectly conveyor everything. If wanna I could go on for hours. Also big fan of mahesh's costume in film.God level work by mani sharma in this film ,The interval bgm is always goosebumps inducing and incredible om namashiva song.10/10 film for me in every way possible.

Mani Ratnam's Cultural ambiguity

Something I have noticed in mani Ratnam's film for a very long time,His films are very culturally ambiguous to being outright fictious best examples are wedding in his films no one in real life has weddings like in a mani ratnam film,it simply doesn't make sense. In Kaatru Veliyidai, they literally sing "ithu thaandi tamil naatu baani" in a north indian styled wedding.

Park chan wook & Mysskin

Recently watched Sympathy for mr.Vengeance and lady Vengeance, watched old boy a very long time but one thing I noticed while watching the former was how much Mysskin straight to rips off Park chan wooks aesthetics and themes (type of character, acting style, setting, cinematography etc..,)The grimace characters, once ordinary people who are forced into extreme levels of violence, sinister urban settings and groups but one thing Mysskin shows his kind of originality is in the empathy that he has for his characters compared to park he has a very emotional grip over his stories.

Kantara: A Legend Chapter-1: Metaphors and Symbolisms

Watched kantara prequel again Unpopular opinion:I think its a better film than kantara in every possible aspect. Its also kind of film really like i.e. it has a writing that, in its surface level is very entertaining but it is also very deep in its politics & philosophy .There are some symbolisms and metaphors in this film like the cave in kantara, the whole brahmarakshasa portion in the climax are definitely not just simple action set pieces.there is also an another sub-reddit talking about,I wanna hear other explanations and interpretation of others.
