Hi 😭 I’m a new writer and I recently started posting my first Wattpad story called Oh My Grim Reaper Love.

It’s a romance-comedy fantasy about an exhausted office woman who dies, refuses reincarnation, and accidentally drags the Grim Reaper along with her 💀

I genuinely want honest feedback because I’m still learning how to write engaging characters and pacing. If you enjoy chaotic romance, fantasy, sarcastic female leads, or manhwa/anime-style vibes, I’d really love to know what you think.

I’m especially curious about:

Was the opening engaging?

Did the humor land well?

Did the characters feel likable/natural?

I had a really intense sleep paralysis episode yesterday and it felt different from my usual ones.

I get sleep paralysis once every couple of months, so I’m somewhat used to it. I normally have a way to break out of it—I try to control my breathing and that usually wakes me up.

But this time it didn’t work. I kept trying over and over, but instead of waking up, I kept slipping back into the paralysis. That part was new and honestly pretty unsettling.

At some point, I started having a very vivid dream-like sequence while still being aware. I remember seeing something like a list or text and focusing on it, and then suddenly I felt like I was standing in the hall of my house.

My body felt locked into a strange position, and I had the sensation of speaking or repeating something. At the same time, I could hear my family calling me in the background, but I couldn’t respond.

Then my heart started racing and I thought I was waking up, but I instead snapped back into my body on the bed.

When I opened my eyes, I saw a dress hanging in my room. For a split second, my brain misinterpreted it as a dark figure rushing toward me and grabbing my arm and leg. It felt very real, like I was being pulled, but it lasted only a couple of seconds.

Then I fully woke up, and everything was normal again—it was just the dress.

This is about an abnormal sleep paralysis which I had yesterday.

I get sleep paralysis like once in two months.Im kind of get used to it.So I know how to get out of it without being in panic.Whenever I trapped in sleep paralysis i try to stop my breathing and i wake up with in that threshold.So as usual yesterday when I had sleep paralysis i tried to stop my breathing and wake up , but no matter how I tried I fall back into the sleep paralysis more.I kind of terrified because I tried several times and still fall back to sleep paralysis.Then at some point I read some process or riual name in some paper.The paper containing the names of several riuals.So i read the first ri*ual name and then I find myself in the hall of my own house standing in a wired position with hands also aligned in some position.And also I'm standing some writings and i started to speaking something in that position.I can hear the sounds of my family calling me and I also know that they can't see me because I'm in astral world.So i continued that process with concentration.Then my heartbeat increased and i thought I will wake up but I just only got back to my body which is in the bed and then I opened my eyes and I saw a dress hanging on my room and suddenly in the blink of an eye it changed to a thing in a black robe or something and it comes fast and grap my one leg and one hand like it forcefully pulling my soul out of my body , for a second i frightened so much and call god and then I think is this my death, if it is then it is okay,I will quietly go and experience it.All this happened very fast like 2 or 3 seconds and i wake up.And when I look my room there is a dress.
