I dont care about the files in the drive, it's just an additional drive for when I still had windows. I got the documents backed up and I won't need the files anyway, never needed it in 3 years. how to I format it for use with cachyOS?
Good morning po. Question lang about sa legality ng practices ng previous employer ko. Here's what they did:
Withheld my May 15 pay even though my last day is supposed to be May 23. DOLE website says something about not being allowed to withhold pay for as long as the employee is still employed with the company.
I completed my clearance on May 27, but only presented payslip on July 2, way beyond 30 days after all my requirements are met.
Payslip shows a net pay that they did not remit to the account that they said they'll process the pay to. also beyond the 30 days.
Some guidance would be appreciated. I'll drop company name if even one of these things is deemed illegal. Thank you.

Pls help reviving this bad boy, no local shops(stalls or online) carry this thing and online international orders for a whole brand new cube doesn't make sense if I'll only pull out 3 pieces from it
I lost a few pieces of this gem a few months back and I was hoping that someone out there has one of these bad boys. I don't mind if it's in pieces, I don't need the core as I'm using a 3D-printed ball core.
missing pieces:
BW outer edge piece, the thin line. left piece, blue top white front
BR outer edge piece, the thin line. left piece, blue top red front
1pc red central triangle
These pieces can be split, mixed, or matched to spec, so I don't mind a few missing pieces(a few is an understatement, but spare parts will help a lot).
If you have enough black pieces to complete a whole face, I might want that too if the price is right. I'm willing to take your lot as-is, I'll do the cleaning and assembly myself for your convenience.

So I cooked on my ss pan, ensuring leidenfrost effect temps before I start cooking. I used a lot of oil for the dish and it still stuck to the pan(dumplings), in a fit of rage and dismay I threw the pan into the bin. Before I did so, I tried whacking the stuck bits with spatulas(yes, 2 of them) and I bent them so bad I think I need to replace them, that's how stuck on the food was..
I'm sick of stainless steel. F it. I never had this issue with cast iron, especially my daily driver for 5 years.
