Wanted to share the good news.

Democracy Docket will post a story on this soon, but I wanted to be the first to let you know that a Federal Court just DISMISSED the Department of Justice lawsuit seeking to compel Kentucky to provide the DOJ with access to its complete statewide voter registration database.

DOJ is now 0-17 in these case. 0-8 before judges appointed by Trump. And, my law firm, Elias Law Group remains undefeated. https://www.democracydocket.com/cases/kentucky-doj-voter-data-access-challenge/
