That means that they can't verify the tenure and they kept asking me to buy a plan instead so that I can unlock my phone. I wonder if it's worth it?

I have here a Samsung Galaxy Sol 2 from Cricket, bought a long time ago and I want to use it with my Three UK sim card. Moment I put it in there: locked. Asks for a network unlock code. Now you'd think this would be easy, considering they have an unlock option from the myCricket app, but nope. Won't appear. Next thing I tried was support. They aren't available right now so I'll update this post after they are. Can anyone help if they can?
Title. I'd rather play the outdated Xbox One Edition than the laggy shitpile of a game they call Bedrock. I play bedrock, but only when my brother wants to, since I don't play it day-to-day. I currently own the Wii U Edition (digital, bought in 2022) on my Wii U but i'd like to have something else convenient-er since the Wii U i own is in another city. I have already contacted a seller on Ebay who is selling the Minecraft Xbox One S bundle if i could pay for the code but so far no response.
