"How do you know someone is vegan? Don't worry, they'll tell you."

Yeah? And this is noteworthy, because?

Like, have people who keep using this joke as if it's clever ever stopped to actually think about what they're saying? In what world is it a uniquely vegan trait to tell people about yourself!?

You could just as easily say: "How do you know what people work with? Don't worry, they'll tell you."

You could say it about their hobbies. Their interests. Their political views. Anything that's a significant part about who a person is or how they live their life. Because people talk about themselves. That's like one of the primary ways human being socialize and connect, by sharing about themselves. Throughout the history of human civilization, it's literally been one of the most common fucking things for people to do.

And don't "it's just a joke" me. You know that's not true. You know that in your brain this joke is filed under the "funny because it's true" category. Everyone who unironically tells this joke agrees with the premise of the joke at least a little bit.

Please, for the love of god, try to reflect just a little bit. Think just little bit before you say things, I beg of you.

EDIT: Got my first ever "Reddit Cares", lol

Looking for alt build

Hey y'all!

Just finished all challenges with a self-made monk build, martial artist based on whirling assault and crit, with heavy investment in evasion, ES and deflection. It's had pretty good dps and survivability, but I'm noticing it's starting to show its weaknesses now that atlas tree is fully allocated. So I doubt it's viable for the true endgame farming.

So, I'm looking to start an alt, specifically one that's good for late endgame and isn't a monk. I've racked up a decent amount of currency, so it doesn't need to be league starter friendly, but can't be too expensive either. Think in the ballpark of 40-50 div at most.

Anything that isn't monk goes! My primary concern is that it's good in endgame, and fun to play.

Any real video examples of NVC in practice?

Hello!

I just read the book, and I'm having trouble translating the paraphrased book words into something that sounds like something someone would say in real life.

So I'm now looking for an authentic video example of someone practicing NVC, to see how it might look when used for real. As in, not roleplay, but an actual real, authentic conversation. Does anyone know of anything like that?

Somebody should tell Courtney where Portugal is

Found it funny how Courtney in the newest assumptions was talking about how she was so excited about being a little Portugese, but then found out through DNA testing that she was "as European as it gets".

Might have been just a brainfart, but I've seen Americans who genuinely believe Portugal is in South America or somewhere like that instead of Europe. As if Europe is only pasty white Brits, Germans, Scandinavians and Slavs.
