Finally getting around to posting my dollhouse party from March 😭

This tradition started when I was 10, and I've now thrown 10 parties!!!! Each one became more and more extravagant

This year's theme was burgundy and chartreuse, which happened to be a very popular wedding color combination this year. That was intentional because, unlike a wedding, these parties don't have to be timeless. I actually prefer being able to look back and immediately know what year I created each event 

This party took me a month to complete I spent my winter break before college  working on it, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned

Hi Reddit, I volunteered to help an amazing Marvel creator, u/scorpiomarss, on TikTok spread the word about an event she's hosting to serve the NYC community. She's hosting an event at Lincoln Square, where she's letting 100 people watch Spider-Man for free. This project is meant to help kickstart a nonprofit she's working on

If you're in NYC and are struggling to afford tickets on your own, or could really use the break, and would like to attend, here are the details. Our goal is to get this in the hands of the people who really need it; however, if you think this event could benefit you in any way, even in a small way, please come; EVERYONE is welcome.

Every year I like to turn trash into miniatures for my dolls and I love doing kids birthday parties so this year was a fourth birthday party circus themed!! The theater was made from a crate someone was throwing away and the pillows are from free fabric samples I've collected - all the party circle rings are made from recycled paper and some paint

Last night I got a comic signed by Jon at stage door of dog day afternoon - highly recommend going to stage door if you live in NYC/NJ - the stage door is open to the public and Jon takes his time signing each persons playbill/poster - I did get to see the play which is amazing if you want to pay however I did notice that stage door was open to anyone and you could not go to the play and still get something signed! (Please see the show if you can it’s amazing) but if you want a free signing I’d recommend this

Note #1 don’t go if you want to resell he’s signatures are done so quick I doubt you could get it approved since it doesn’t fully look like his usually signature

Note #2 show is at August Wilson theater and ended for me at exactly 9:28 so I would come at like 9:15 and you’d probably be at the front

Note #3 don’t worry about field position too much me and my two sisters spread out and each of us all not something signed even my sister about a row back
