Looking for a Veg PG near Nagavara / Manyata Tech Park (Male)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a clean, well-maintained, pure vegetarian PG near Nagavara or Manyata Tech Park.

My preferences:

100% Pure Veg food

Hygienic rooms and bathrooms

Reliable Wi-Fi

Washing machine & power backup

Peaceful environment (working professional)

If you've personally stayed at a good PG or know of one that meets these requirements, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

Thanks in advance!

JPMC Bangalore – Looking for Guidance on Family Visits

Hi everyone,

I'll be joining JPMorgan Chase soon and wanted to seek some advice from those who are already working there.

I'm a single child, and my father lives alone in my hometown. He's not ready to relocate to Bangalore, so I'd like to visit him every month and stay with him for around a week if possible.

I'm not yet familiar with JPMC's leave and work-from-home policies. I was informed that the Bangalore office follows a 5-day work-from-office model.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How do you manage visiting family regularly? Any suggestions or practical advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. My dad is not willing to relocate to Bangalore, so I'll be the one traveling to meet him.

JPMC (23 LPA, 5 days WFO) vs Bread Financial (20 LPA, 6 days/month WFO) for Software Engineer II in Bangalore

Hi everyone,

I have around 3 years of experience, primarily in Automation Sector , and I'm transitioning into a Software Engineer II role.

I currently have two offers:

JPMorgan Chase

• Software Engineer II

• Bangalore

• 23 LPA

• 5 days/week work from office

Bread Financial

• Software Engineer II

• Bangalore

• 20 LPA

• Hybrid (6 days/month office)

My priorities are:

  1. Long-term career growth

  2. Learning opportunities and engineering culture

  3. Work-life balance

  4. Compensation growth over the next 3-5 years

  5. Job stability

For those who have worked at either company (especially in Bangalore), which would you choose and why?

I'd appreciate insights on:

• Day-to-day work culture

• Engineering quality and tech stack

• Promotions and salary growth

• Manager/team dependency

• Whether JPMC's brand value is worth giving up the flexibility offered by Bread Financial

PS : I am not a Bangalorean

Thanks in advance!
