I’m 6’5”, natural, and currently deep into prep for my first bodybuilding show. The goal was never just to “lose weight.” The goal was to completely reshape my physique while preserving as much muscle as possible and building an actual classic proportion-focused look.
There were weeks where progress felt invisible, weeks where strength dropped, and plenty of moments where it would’ve been easier to quit or rebound. But staying consistent through the boring phases is what changed everything.
Just trying to be an inspiration to an up and coming generation of lifters to avoid the use of PED's and truly test their natural physical limits. I truly believe that we have yet to discover what the human body is truly capable of and how far the natural physique can ascend. Give the channel a sub, id appreciate the support.
6 weeks out from my first natural show.
235 lbs at 6’5”.
The goal was never just to get big. The goal was proportions, conditioning, and proving what can be built naturally through years of obsession and consistency.
Energy is lower. Cardio is climbing. But honestly, I’m starting to love the process more the deeper I get into it. Every workout feels like chiseling something out of stone right now.
Still tightening things up over these next few weeks: bringing up the legs, harder refining, conditioning, holding fullness while getting sharper. This prep has taught me a lot mentally already. You really find out how bad you want it when the food drops, the fatigue builds, and you still show up anyway. Can’t wait to see the final package on stage.
The impossible mission continues.
