Inquisition was my first game but I decided to run through the first two to understand the story better. Is playing any DLC required or can I skip it? Games are good but would prefer to move on if possible.

I know many are just trying to do thier job, and I know its not simple. I am pissed because I have to do a medical examination to determine if I am eligable to receive benifits, specifically xrays, and mabye other physical stuff. All because an employee lacked "information" . My thing is, I have cerebral palsy, my condition doesnt get worse or better. I got denied and had to appeal almost a decade ago because I wasnt disabled enough. Took xrays and went in front of a judge a few years ago (2022), and was deemed disabled enough to recieve benifits. Do they not keep up with info? I get needing to update info on things that could change but not this. My examination results is going to a "state agency" to determine if I am eligable which 9/10, some guy whos probably never been in a disabled persons shoes gonna be like "Nah". I swear this feels like an attempt to cut people and not actaully get needed information.
Ive been going to the gym for some months now and I am much stronger than before. I am 27/M, 5'10, currently 137. Eating is important but its the main thing I struggle with. If you guys have any advice I would apreciate it.
Not trying to fear monger but was just so shocked I had to share in hopes someone would say I'm just crazy or dramatic.
To be fair from the start, I havent applied to any jobs for about a week to focus on manageging my skillset given how there arent many options avalible to me on the area. I am also limited because of my disablities. I managed to get an interview 2 weeks ago but still waiting for a second interview. But I got on the phone with my new Workforce counseler (old one left like 8 months ago) and was immedatiley accused of not " Avocating for myself" because I took a week to focus on other things in hopes of improving my chances of finding work. Like, I hate how if im not sending 100 - 200 applications a day 24/7, that im not trying hard enough. Do people not understand that there are alot of variables that come into play when trying to find work? Do they not understand that I cant just apply for ANYTHING that pops up? That I have limitations? The area I am in may not have many options? Or that even some of them most entry level jobs require a 2 - 4 year degree? Most of my time job hunting is scrolling through fake jobs, outdated jobs, jobs that dont pay enough, and jobs that I cant do because I dont meet the requirements OR my disability.
What pissed me off even more was that the lady had the nerve to say " I was unemployed to at one point" "You just need to pick yourself up" like bruh, what do you think im trying to do? You think just being unemployeed is the only issue?
So for starters, I will be calling to ask questions of course, so dont worry. My Working memory sucks, so im struggling to understand some stuff.
I was under the impression an ABLE account so save money, not to invest it. I know next to nothing about investing in stocks and things like that. Do I have invest my money?
Of course im sure most of us cant just go out and buy yachts with our income but what exactly CANT we spend the money on? I pay for the things like netflix and xbox but thats about it. I may use the money to help by equipment to develp skills for employemnt as well.
Can we withdraw this money whenever?
