Why did he take a plea if he was innocent

why DIDNT they want a trial, if they had all of this so called “evidence against him” - it is a FACT that the prosecution are the ones who offered the plea!! NOT the other way around!!
BK has now come out and said he was coerced into taking the plea
WHY did they spend 8mil on this case without going to trial?
WHY spend all that money to change their statute for the death penalty for this case, for them to offer a plea, with no allocution
.
To the people on the fence, do you question this?

1112 footage 2:30 - 3:30am

So I’ve been re watching and listening to this time frame, and watching that house (I can’t remember what number it is)
But holy moly, the amount of activity that’s happening and being blurred out is insane!! The window constantly distorts, and it looks like someone standing infront of that door on the right, they constantly go in and out of focus..
I haven’t done anything to the image other that screenshot and move the settings to sharper / brighter..
Something else I noticed that I’m not sure has been pointed out, that door doesn’t have a window in it! Refer to top pic! But the whole way through on that footage it does 👀
I actually think things were taking place over there!

Theory I just thought of

So I have been going over the Linda lane Audio again, specifically around the 2-2:30 time..
Where you hear “woah Ethan” “Ethan breath” and someone call for Xana twice in a row..

What if…
The “you’re getting cheated on message, caused him to go after whoever it was that Xana was (presumably) cheating with.. you also hear “I didn’t do anything”

Originally I thought it was Ethan being attacked.. but listening again, it sounds like Ethan attacking someone! “Breath Ethan” could be telling him to calm down..

And this then caused whoever it was he attacked, to go back and kill him later?? Xana tried to stop it, and ended up killed also..

However this theory doesn’t explain Kaylee and Maddie, and I’ve always believed Kaylee was the target, because of her injuries..
But whatever way you look at it, there has to be separate reasons… unless it was the cartel and had something to do with drugs, that’s the only way I can make sense of the 4 of them being killed in the same night… it would be wild to think that there are two different reasons for people to conspire to kill them on the same night..

I just can’t shake off that 2-3am audio having something to do with it! There was very clearly something going on, involving Ethan and Xana!!

Thoughts???

Something to consider

So for the people who are continually posting that screenshot of the one sentence, where Sy Ray is saying be believed/ believes BK is guilty,
You may need to understand why he could be saying this, while his reports clearly show that he does not!

Either, we haven’t heard the full story (beyond that one sentence)
Or perhaps he cannot, for the sake of his career, come out and say that!

Sy Ray is law enforcement… how do you think they would feel if he came out blasting that he thinks BK is innocent?
Look at how people treated Turvy! However Turvy seems to have more of a backbone, regardless of what your opinion is of him! He put his career on the line for the truth.

The screenshot I have posted is a clear example of this
Her in Australia, a tv personality, working for channel 9 for 26 years, was (allegedly) fired after speaking on something controversial…

Maybe we could all open our eyes to how the MSM (which then includes LE) has a narrative, and if you don’t follow suit, your career is down the drain!

I was watching Birdies call in show, a lady who is a former coroner pointed something out that is so obvious, but something I’ve never heard spoken about, nor thought about myself..

Why were all the police on scene before ambulance, when the call was for an unconscious person!!
That is not normal right????
And the police are the ones who confirmed death.. 🤔🤔

What do you see in my boy Cedar

I’ve had many dogs in my life, only two I have had such a strong connection to.. the last one was a female Chihuahua when I was a teenager.. she was also white.
Is there a reason for this?
Sometimes I wonder if he is her reincarnation 😅

I currently have two other dogs as well as him, and a cat… there’s something special about Cedar though…

I do love all my pets regardless
