forgot there was a swap button so i accidentally dropped a class that was at the same time as a diff class as me and by the time i had done that it was full. i put myself onto the waitlist for my old class, and i'm first in line. what are my chances of getting off the waitlist (hist 242). i am an idiot, i know.
Hello! I am looking to buy a pair of white low rise baggy jeans. I am 5'10 and have so much difficulty finding jeans that fit well. I like my Levi's low loose but find that the 32 inseam is too short on me and they don't carry the white jeans in a 34 inseam. Would love any suggestions. I am also on the hunt for some new sweatpants. I have the same issue with sweatpants especially cause i find that all sweatpants shrink so easily! although I've only really tried the aritzia tall sweats and those are meant for 5'7 so they're not that long. I am wondering if i just got scammed and what to do about it. i am not an international student so i dont have fees to pay but have been getting this message for months. i phoned the number (which i have since come to realize is not a government official phone number) bc they said sometimes ppl are listed under the wrong phone number. so i gave them my phone number and briefly mentioned my name (no credit info or anything like that of course). can they do anything from just my name and number??? i blocked them and reset my phone instantly but now im wondering should i change my passwords, change my phone number?? Please help!

I was wondering what the academic penalty for dropping a class is after the deadline? Is it just that a DR will be put on my transcript? I dropped the 6 credit May-August course today, and the deadline was last Friday. On Solus it says my grade is DR. I am fine with that, but will they change the grade at some point to an F for example? or will it always stay as DR? The way that the school writes their policy for this is very confusing and vague. Additionally, I was able to drop the course on Solus without Faculty Office permission, so that's also confusing me. Thanks!
Hello! My friends and I are looking to start a comedy club at our University (in Canada), and are wondering if anybody else has any experience either on the organizational or participatory front? For context, we are inspired by Georgetown's "Funniest Human" tradition, and would like to follow a similar format, of having a live show with contestants, and one ultimately being crowned the funniest student at our university. Unfortunately, our school has zero existing stand up clubs, or even comedy clubs in general, so we will be starting all from scratch. Would love to connect with any and every body who has experience running a stand up club, putting on a similar event, or really just anybody kind enough to give any advice!
I am interested in doing this both because I love comedy and because growing up as a kid who was extremely passionate about the arts, I would love to help give back to an organization that helps make the arts accessible for all! Thank you so much for any advice, it is all very much appreciated!

Apologies if this is a silly question, but I am wondering what (if there are any) first or second year science/health science classes i should take if i want classes that are much heavier on the lab/research project portion than midterms/finals. i have really bad test anxiety and adhd, so exams are definitely not my strong suit, and i am really passionate about research.
