Places for a deep tissue massage?

Does anyone have any places or individuals they book with for deep tissue massages? I mean a genuine massage with someone who understands anatomy and the different layers of muscle. TIA

Convinced I should just give up

There’s no size in the jacket and they didn’t use a tape measure. I was just trying to get my boyfriend a jacket. But the listed seller doesn’t have the jacket…?

Thanks Goodwill🫠

I’ve been trying to get Pyrex Visions pieces so I can use them. Was really excited for this dutch oven but whoever packed it put it in this huge box with a bunch of space so it was shattered when I opened it. I submitted a ticket for that store so I’m waiting to see what happens.

Since I recently learned Vibram FFs are cool

These are my 3 surviving pairs that I’ve had over the years. I can’t speak to current quality but the brown ones I’ve had since around 2011/2012 and they’ve survived I don’t know how many miles walked in them and the washing machine. The full black ones have also survived a lot (they’re at least 8 years old). I’ve used those for countless Krav Maga classes since I’m a karate person that wants foot mobility. And they’ve also survived the gym. I can’t remember when I bought the ballet flat looking ones but it wasn’t recently. But they’ve held up and I find them comfortable.

More for my Visions collection

I grabbed these from Goodwill online. I was hoping the skillet would be larger than the one I already have but it’s the same size🥴 Not sure what I can use the smaller pot for so I’d love ideas. It’s 0.5L. But I’m done with what want in terms of pots/saucepans.

Excited about my Visions find.

Went to a thrift store I hadn’t been to today and managed to get all 3 of these Visions pieces for only $25. The pots are US pieces and the skillet is French. I’m slowly working on getting the pieces I want for cooking. For the pot that looks a little more rough I’m going to just designate it as my simmer pot for fall/winter.

I’m wanting to participate in my local crafts fair next year.

I got into making wreaths originally and wanted to expand into different sort of arrangements but just didn’t have anyone to make them for. I know more people have expressed wanting to see actual crafts vs Ai and purely 3D printed things online so that motivated me to finally go for it next year. I have some examples of wreaths I’ve made so my question is what would you be willing to pay? Is it even good enough to sell? The base for all my examples excluding the Christmas one is a grapevine base. With indoor use only they continue to hold up going more than 5 years and with outdoor seasonal use about 4 seasons.

Business casual w/ 10 hr days

To start I’ve always hated closed toe shoes and have just been a barefoot person or sandal person. Vibrams don’t bother my feet, I love my Chacos, and my Birks. I’m looking for a closed toe shoe to wear in the office. Currently the most comfortable thing I’ve worn have been my pure star golden goose sneakers. So anything with that solid color vibe would work. Looking for any knowledgeable or recommendations for a women’s shoe. TIA!

Ai in office visits?

My mom went to the doctor today and this was on the corkboard in the exam room. I personally don’t like it and neither does she. Additionally how can they add this if you don’t approve since it’s during a doctor’s visit?
Edit: No notice was given to my mom about this change before her visit so there wasn’t any pre-approval of this feature to be used for her. The doctor also wasn’t able to tell her who the third parties are. After she noticed this was a sudden thing she said she wanted nothing to do with it.

I considered this once in Alaska because it looked like they weren’t going to keep their partnership with a company that did helicopter tours but they did. Now I’m considering it because what Royal wants vs booking with the company directly is drastically cheaper. Has anyone just gone directly to the company Royal uses for their excursion? I know the ship has to wait for you if something happens and your whole excursion group is late if you book it in the cruise planner and that won’t apply here.

I finally moved back after a few years for school. Who are the good braiders for straight backs and knotless? If they have an IG please include that. Thank you🙏🏼

After having done both Supper Clubs I can say I enjoyed them both. Vibes were similar but I feel like you could tell the music was different for each and both equally great. I enjoyed the drinks more with Empire but the food more with Lincoln Park. As far as the surprise I felt like Empire had the better one (I know some people actively don’t want that spoiled so I won’t.) I went to Empire for the full price but they had a sale pre-cruise for Lincoln Park. Both are worth doing once and are even better if you can book with a sale. If anyone wants to know anything specific about these I’ll try to answer.

For smedium knotless (or just smaller braids) what is y’all’s washing method? When I just get my natural hair braided I’ll take a toothbrush to my scalp but I’m not sure I’ll be able to get all these parts. Do y’all still use a toothbrush or just your fingers to make sure you get your scalp well? I plan on blow drying after.
