Honestly, I have no one else to blame but myself.
I have a decent job and a decent pay, yet I feel like I’m still living from paycheck to paycheck. Hindi naman nanghihingi sa akin pamilya ko ng malaki, allowance lang ng kapatid ko worth 4K monthly (2K per cut off). Bulk ng expenses ko ay rent and utilities (roughly 21% of my net pay). Groceries per cut off hindi rin lumalagpas ng 2K. Kung tutuusin dapat nga may naitatabi pa ako eh pero parang lagi nalang ako nag-sstruggle to make ends meet dahil sa kapabayaan ko sa finances dati.
Currently, may outstanding balance akong 16K sa inupahan ko. Nakapag-move out naman ako at may deposit pang 6.5K. So may 9K pa akong iisipin kung saan pupulutin. Yung sahod ko this cut off, nakalaan sa bayad ng rent sa current place ko at pambayad sa utang (na kailangan ko nang bayaran). Ayoko naman umutang ulit makabayad lang ng remaining balance.
May side hustles naman ako. Minsan, nakaka-2K para sa thesis, 1K para sa essay. Ito ginagamit kong panggastos sa araw araw pag walang-wala pero kapag walang client, wala talaga. Tulad ngayon, halos wala akong makuhang mga nagpapagawa kasi nagsisimula palang ng klase at hindi pa mabigat ang load.
Dumating din ako sa ganitong point dati nung nag-transition ako sa ibang company. Hirap na hirap ako kumita kasi isang buwan ako walang sahod at wala ring ipon. Ang ginawa ko? Binenta ang sarili ko. Diring diri ako sa ginawa ko sa sarili ko. Pero ngayon? Naiisip kong bumalik. Kailangan kong sikmurain kasi ayaw ko ngang mangutang.
Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko, sa totoo lang. Hindi ko rin alam kanino ako pwedeng lumapit. Ang bigat lang.

i dreamt about my parents being against me and the guy i’ve been dating. it was a quick dream but it happened in a way where my parents found out about us. in the dream, i started crying because i received a letter from my sister. she said to read hers first and then my significant other’s. her letter was more of an appreciation letter. she told me she was happy that i’m being treated correctly. i didnt know what the other letter contained but it was 7 pages. i remember the outside of it refereing to me as his “pangarap” or “dream” :( but then i also remember the phrase “but today i am sorry” i didnt get to open the contents of the letter because i woke up and then cried because of it
