Welp, here she is! Grateful to be here.

2023 Premium AWD Extended Range. Bought it CPO with 20k miles at 2.9% for exactly 30k. Dealer shipped for free. Had the windows limo tinted and added some PPF.

I lurked here for awhile before taking the leap and genuinely this community played a role in making me feel good about the decision. I'm coming from driving a beloved yellow 2015 Toyota Prius C Four that now has 485k miles on the original battery/engine. I'm keeping it until the wheels fall off if they ever do but it feels good to have something cool to drive after such a long time.

I had a hard time not buying another Toyota but I feel great about the purchase, aside from some buyer's remorse at not getting a GT or a Rally. I drive like a grandma so it just didn't make sense, but still they're cool as hell.

Thank you to everyone who made me feel good about it without even knowing! 💙

Went from 548 to 684 in 4 months!

I negotiated some pay for deletes, paid off a few that I couldn't get deleted, consolidated some student loans that were in default, paid off a car loan, opened 3 new credit cards, dropped my utilization to 1% and of course I've kept my payments totally on time.

The resources and helpful people in this subreddit played a major role in giving me the information and encouragement to finally give a damn and believe in myself. I just got approved for a new car that I heavily negotiated down, with a 2.9% rate.

Thank you to everyone! And to anyone who thinks it's too daunting (like I did), just treat it like a project you put some energy into everyday. The results will come sooner than you probably realize.

Just joined the club! How did we do?

2026 Toyota bZ XLE Plus with moonroof, infotainment screen protector, PPF on high-impact areas and they're going to install an AGM battery.
