2025 SR5 4WD 11,500 miles on - still obsessed.
Any feedback from other 6G SR5 owners? Are people also happy with their vehicles?

First Specialized and first gravel bike! Crux Comp carbon fiber. Can barely contain my excitement, feel like a kid on Christmas morning. Going to go for a 5am ride before work tomorrow.
Thanks again to the r/specialized community for helping me make the right choice (see my previous post). Happy riding!
Test rode this bike at my local Specialized dealer and absolutely loved it. Coming from a Trek hardtail mountain bike, I am looking for something lightweight and fun for gravel and road rides to compliment my mountain biking. Dealer is offering $1,000 off, so $3k before tax.
Worth noting. I bought and returned a lemon Canyon CF Grizl (disaster). I'm about to pull the trigger on the Crux after a glorious test ride around Atlanta. It handles so well and feels so nimble and sturdy. I feel like I'm flying! Thoughts on if I should do it and the specialized brand in general?
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Potential new Specialized customer
Edit: thank you all so much for the great information and perspectives. So great to hear it is such a well regarded model! I'm going to pull the trigger on it.
As a proud 4Runner owner and Toyota fan, I had to stop and relish in the beauty of this gorgeous duo.
Did some mountain biking, hiking, and driving all in one nice weekend in Northern Georgia.
Went to my local Omega Boutique today and tried on the 007 No Time to Die Seamaster. The color, finish and details took my breath away. Was blown away by how light it is, being titanium and coming from a steel Aqua Terra. It feels very rugged / outdoorsy but also good for professional settings. What are people's thoughts on this watch? I am considering it with both straps (they will throw in the NATO strap complimentary)
Wife got me this beautiful Seamaster Aqua Terra as a wedding present 2.5 years ago. Here is a pic from the train platform on the way home from work. Obsessed!
Just found out this is apparently a known issue — watched The Car Care Nut cover it on his Tundra and it applies to the 6th gen 4Runner too. The condenser is basically sitting right behind the lower grille with zero protection, and if a rock punches through it, Toyota won’t touch it under warranty. “External force” apparently. So you’re on the hook for $1,500–$3,000 on a brand new truck.
I’ve got a newborn and this is our family daily driver, so the AC going out is a nonstarter. Frustrating that this even left the factory like this, but I’d rather just fix it and move on.
What are you guys doing to protect it? Mesh screen, specific product, DIY fix? Drop a link if you have one please. Thank you!
Awesome road trip from Atlanta to Bluffton / Hilton Head Island, SC. Fun in the sun 🌞
Nothing beats windows down, music blasting, en route to the trailhead!
