Just some cosmetics I put together, most of these sets are under 2 keys. All united under the theme of looking like actual Mercenaries or the emphasizing the occupations of the Mercs.
As stated in the title. This document is a guide on how to spot hacked orcs and avoid accidentally recruiting them.
Please spread this document around as we as a community have to protect ourselves from recruiting the wrong orcs and potentially breaking your save file or garrison permanently.
Do not risk ruining your game or losing orcs that you care about!
After replaying HM2, I noticed that Henchman's face sprite has a different shade of brown (dark brown)compared to the Columbian boss(light brown). While we never get to see a Russian soldier's face sprite, it's safe to assume it would be similar to Henchman's.
If Henchman was a Russian Soldier, it would explain why Son said that the Chop shop in No Mercy would be "an easy job" for Henchman and why he said he was "getting too old" as he would probably be in his mid 30s in 1991.
It would also explain why he was picked to be Son's right hand man over Petrov and Blue Lips since he would be the most experienced member of the Russian mob behind Son.
Regarding his dialogue during his bad trip, he specifically talks about being in a Jungle. Russia isn't well known for hot and humid jungles, and Henchman states that "I want to go to the jungle" which sounds like he was previously successful in his mission in Hawaii and the line "No more, I'm out....done" would probably be something he stated after his tour of Hawaii. Overall these lines hint that he might have been in Hawaii as a Soldier, along with his death sprites matching the Russian Soldiers in Beard's levels.
Starting from Into the Pit, we hear that the Hoodlums are Drug dealers (also backed up by Execution where we see a weed farm.), using the place as a front to torture people (bench of weapons) and dispose of their dead bodies. We also see in Moving up that they have a large amount of boxes containing electronics and other valuables they probably stole. Here in the intro of No Mercy, we see that they own a Chop shop and are siding with the columbians. Not only that, but they have quite a few very expensive sports cars in the shop despite it being in a bad part of town. In Subway, we see multiple 50 Blessings graffiti on the final floor which appears to have been done by them. And the most important piece to the puzzle, we have Abyss. Despite this level being non canon, it shows a large amount of boxes containing the animal masks. Not too different from what we saw in Moving Up along with them being the only enemies we see in Abyss. So from all of these levels, we can paint a picture. The Hoodlums own multiple valuable businesses that generate money for 50 Blessings, they also use these businesses to act as a front for their criminal operations and body disposals, they are most likely foot soldiers that simply do the dirty work that 50 Blessings isn't willing to show publicly. As a reward for their work, they are given easy targets that have high value loot and are granted a place in the bunker.
As the title states, I believe that Dead Ahead isn't real and is just Manny's fantasy. Now, you'd think that single cop killing 90 columbian cartel members would be some kind of headline in the news somewhere right? But not once is it mentioned throughout the game, hell the fans at this point have killed less people than Manny alone yet they are mentioned a few times. I also want to point out that the Cargo ship is heavily fortified, with at least 6 columbians already waiting for an assault behind these cargo crates with guns at the very start. There's also the line of dialogue coming from the police officer is never followed up on, you'd think Manny would either be reprimanded or praised by the police chief for his actions but we never see that. That and Manny has been shown to be an unreliable narrator, so I believe that this mission isn't real or Manny was part of the raid but didn't take it down solo.
As the title implies, I'm genuinely wondering why on Earth they're both in the same prison? They are presumably both Death Row inmates judging from the amount of people they have killed (easily in the hundreds for both characters). And in HM1 Jacket, had beat Richter up pretty badly. So why are they both here? From the perspective of the Judge, Jacket might be willing to finish the job in prison or Richter might want revenge for what was done to him. It just doesn't make any logical sense, because both prisoners are known to have a record of violence and both hated each other previously.
Any suggestions?
Even the f2ps are gonna cook me now.
The following message was left on one of the victims' bodies by the alleged killer only known as the Miami Mutilator:
Hello detective, you say this city is full of scum. I know you want what I want as well, clean streets. Too long has this sick city been populated by the worst of the worst, it's time we show the punks that we will stand them no longer. But if you are insist on catching me, what chance do you have? 20 men weren't enough.
Somehow dodged a point blank double barrel before reaching Petrov lol.
