Are these bubbles in beans normal?

I ordered a can of kidney beans on Amazon, they came slightly dented but not on the seam and with a pack of water bottles so I assumed dent happened recently in transport and they would be fine. Opened the can and there are all of these bubbles. I wasn’t concerned until now. Normal or toss?

New female CO inmates consistently call me disrespectful and tell me I come at them wrong

I’ve been a TA at a DOC run work release for about three months now and admittedly I didn’t realize what I was getting into, I am a very strict, stern person and only accepted the role here because it was closer to my house than the main unit. To be honest my coworkers are very relaxed, and I enforce policy to the T because my female FTO at the main unit had said as a female working with male inmates you have to come in on 10 and that you can always relax a bit afterwards. The feedback I have gotten from coworkers I respect is that I am very firm, confident, and they trust that I can hold my own. So the issue isn’t that I’m “acting” or pretending to be someone that I’m not but it has become a regular occurrence where the more problematic inmates will tell me I am disrespectful, don’t know how to talk to them, and one even called me “aggressive.” Ultimately I’m confused because these are grown men, and I am firm, fair, and consistent. I do the same thing everyday and a good portion of the inmates already know what to expect when I am working, so when I do the same thing EVERYDAY I might have a little bit of a tone when correcting someone who wants to act brand new or like they don’t know what I’m about to say to them because we go through the same thing every single day. I have one coworker who has had a few conversations with me about being more respectful to inmates however, this is someone who is incredibly relaxed and seems to value building a professional rapport with inmates over enforcing rules and order. I’d love to hear you guys opinions on this?? Do I need to chill or just transfer to another facility where I am more aligned with the staff? I have a background in management, I have never swore at an inmate, used any sort of abusive language and 0 uses of force. I Am I wrong for this?

Now I have a 300+ bill according to United Healthcare but 60 days later I have not received a bill from the lab Integrated Regional and United won’t allow me to pay it in the app. What do I do now? I definitely don’t want it to go to collections and integrated regional labs barely exist online?? The number I called said billing dept out of office

Pre academy interview??

Hello, I’m already hired and have been working as a TEA for a few months. I was told I start the academy soon but that I need to have a pre academy interview first. I’ve never heard about this before I’m just wondering what to expect? Are they essentially just looking to hear that I like my job and plan to stay?

How do you guys handle how rude the higher ups can be?

I was in a management position in another field before corrections and I’m always caught off guard by how rude/out of pocket sergeants and above can be to new officers. I have pretty thick skin and nothing inmates say bothers me but it definitely puts a damper on my mood when someone above me is coming down hard or saying something snarky. Is this just the norm here?

I’m 6 months out from breast augmentation and one breast is starting to feel slightly more tight/the implant just feels more noticeable than the other side. Has this ever happened to anyone and it wasn’t capsular contracture? Or am I out of luck?

I will be contacting my plastic surgeon but I recently started a new job so unfortunately I won’t be able to take any time off for at least a few weeks to get in to see him.

I’m not a chatty person, but I can definitely be assertive when need be and I truly believe I can do well in this field I just want to make sure I don’t get washed out before I have a chance to prove myself

I’ve had plenty of other jobs but it’s really shocking to me that this is the one most like high school. You would think we’d hold ourselves to a higher standard
